Excellent location overlooking the lake on the quiet side and very near the train station. The hotel has just been totally renovated and is beautiful and stylish. It is very clean although our room was not serviced, despite our requesting this.

On Saturday night it was extremely busy in the restaurant. Several choices had run out, including rosé wine. When our food arrived, it was luke warm and we had to send it back. The staff were very apologetic and did heat up the food but I would expect better for a very expensive restaurant. Finally, there was no Sunday evening dinner available but this seems to be the norm in Finland, even if you are an overnight guest.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us good tips about local area and made us traditional Finnish gins! The hotel is a stone's throw from the railway station but is very quiet. It has a beautiful location by the lake, a few minutes from town, and also right on the beautiful lakeside path. The hotel lent us free bikes which makes it very easy to cycle into town and along the lake side. The breakfast is really really good! Highly recommend this place.

Good staff. Hotel room haf a nice suprice for the pet. I requested a queens bed and I also got it, so that was nice. Dinner from resturant was super good.

Overly priced. Not enough vegan options for non meat eaters. Bed felt crooked so the back and neck hurt after.

Breakfasts were great with excellent choice of hot and cold items. Those with special dietary requirements were catered for.

Our bathroom had a wetbath, which I am not a fan of. I think our room was wheelchair friendly but we didn't need that so having the whole bathroom wet after a shower was not ideal.

Room very small given the price. Restaurant closed on day of arrival (Sunday). Very little storage space. Just hangers, no drawers or wardrobes for clothes.

The staff made my birthday very special. Loved the variety at breakfast. Especially pleased they had Gluten Free and Dairy Free Options.

The property was right on the lake and was beautiful. The receptionist could not have done enough for us and the room had the most wonderful view. We were given a key to open the fixed windows which was the icing on the cake.

The AC in the room didn’t seem very good but we were given a fan and that solved the problem.

Panorama, near the lake, museums,old town of HAMEENLINNA and the Castle! Breakfast was excellent! Waiting for a visit in the summertime 🥰

Little bit cold in the rooms also outside of this city! Roads where so bad condition!? By car it was IMPOSSIBLE to drive in the city area and on highways?!

Great location. Was nice to be able to see the castle at sunset just across the water from the park next to the hotel. Restaurant on site is beautiful and breakfast had a little of everything.
