Susan was exceptional!! The customer services was next level. We arrived late but were warmly welcomed and accommodated to suit our family needs. The rooms are incredibly clean and neat. Bedding warm and comfy. The perfect place for an overnight stay. Although we didn’t swim, the pool looked awesome. Our dogs were welcomed and there is some grass for them to stretch their legs. We left very early but Susan was up and on the go.

It’s a little off the beaten track which might be off putting but there is ample parking, it was safe and quiet and easy access to get back on the road. There is not a lot of places to eat but Susan kindly informed us beforehand so we could make alternative arrangements.

Susan is a wonderful person, left alone to pick up the pieces after a bad experience. She's more than willing & able to do so. Pse support her!

The guesthouse is perfect, but the location (town) is dodgy. We did not feel very safe outside of the guesthouse. Many beggars and people loitering in the streets.

Friendly and welcoming. We were contacted well before our stay to offer us possibilities for supper in the town so we would be prepared. The accommodation was more than suitable and incredibly spacious. and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us.

The place is a must go, the place is in Noupoort and it felt like I was in Cape Town. The place is clean, the honeymoon room we slept was wow! The place bathroom, shower, is where I found myself in Heaven. The price is less fos such luxurious stay.

We stayed overnight on our way to Baviaans kloof. I am giving them a 10 rating because there was a big yard for our two Weimaraners, they were friendly and accommodating with our dogs.

The tiles on bathroom floor in unit 2 are extremely slippery, could be dangerous. I love the rock finishing on the walls of bathroom, very beautiful.
