The hotel is cozy with a subtle feeling of past times, I loved the floor made of antique bricks, and the old country furnitures in the bedroom. Bathroom without window, but clean and with a good selection of soap, body cream and conditioner. We also found 2 bathrobes for the Spa, but no slippers. The breakfast was absolutely good, with a great selection of sweets and savory food. Given the location of the hotel is very isolated, we decided to stay for dinner too. The restaurant is good, starting from the kindness of the waiters, up to the amazing menu that was able to surprise us.

We went in December. The spa is inside the hotel, but the 3 pools opened were all external, and you had to walk outside the hotel to reach them. One of the pools has warm sulphurous water, but is located about 100 meters from the hotel, outdoors under a starry sky in the silence of the Roman countryside... It was something magical until you needed to go out... the problem is that, if your bathrobe is already wet, you feel cold when you get out of the pool.

Staff were so kind and friendly, helpful in every way, Big thanks to Dennis, Marikota, for their kindness and conversation, also to the man from bracciano who I didn't get a name for who was always friendly and willing to converse and so helpful. Everyone is so pleasant you are relaxed as soon as you walk into reception. The reception staff are top notch and very professional. Great staff all who work hard and always have a smile for each guest. Very little to find fault with this Hotel, super facilities, Fantastic peaceful setting,really it is a memorable and wonderful experience. Highly recommended by us, a couple we stayed in deluxe room, large spacious, spotlessly clean.

For a Hotel like this I would have thought the Hotel Bar near reception would have opened even for a couple of hours at night time just for drinks, with maybe a little ambient music. Also we recommend to vary the resturant set meals for an even more enjoyable experience.

Beautiful grounds, exceptional dinners, very relaxing. It also seemed to be much cooler in this location vs the rest of Italy which was in the middle of a heatwave. Beds were super comfortable and the whole place was well looked after.

The staff were a bit 50/50 - there were some that were exceptional and others that bordered on rude. The mandatory swimming caps were slightly annoying - never HAD to wear them in other public pools. The lunches that we purchased from the swimming area bar were awful, dry and tasteless. It was surprising considering how much care has been taken to make the dinners delicious. Breakfast was also very limited. It was mainly cake. If you wanted some other more conventional items, you had to pay expensive prices for what would be free at any other hotel breakfast.

Quiet and in nature. The hotel is off the beaten track but still close to the airport out of Rome. We stayed after a whirlwind 2 plus weeks or running around Italy. Was great to unwind, enjoy the spa, breakfast and surrounding area.

Understandably some of the pools were closed as it is now low season. Would have liked to have been able to utilize the Thermal waters beyond the 8pm curfew.

dinner at the restaurant was very expensive with mediocre quality. The Sulfur pools were not appealing . It is a pity that there option to walk around and the surrounding l are not maintained around the small archeological site

The location is exceptional, quiet, in the middle of full green landscape ! The hotel architecture from 19th is charming. There are pools for all taste and the bar close to them is very convenient ;-) The cooking at restaurant is at good quality level.

Really disappointed by the people working there…excpet the ladies at the Spa reception desk. Elsewhere you just don’t feel welcome, especially when staff understand they would have to speak english…hopefully we speak Italian. The size of bathroom is not in line with price requested for the room.

The hotel was wonderfully, very clean and the staff very nice. The hot fresh water pool were nice and hot and very relaxing.

The only negative thing regarding the property was that the thermal hot pool on top of the hill, the water was not hot enough and it did not have enough sulfur for our pleasure. If they had a bar by the pool, the bar will have more sales and more convenient for the guess.

The restaurant was very expensive and the food was very ordinary. Not terrible, but not very good at all. Average at best.
