I really liked how helpful and approachable the whole team was. You could tell the team truly cared about customer experience and did everything in their possession to ensure the requests never went unfulfilled. From giving all essentials like irons to mixiwave facilities to useful information on getting around. The hotel felt safe and it was a family friendly atmosphere. It was peaceful and tranquil both during the day and night. There was always someone at reception available. I loved that you could grab a hot drink and juice all throughout the day. It was a relaxing breakfast area with large windows letting in lots of light.

There was no hot vegetarian options like bean or eggs cooked in different ways. I spoke to Michala and she explained the rationale behind this which made sense. It felt that my feedback would be taken on board. The bathroom was outdated and the room I booked was booked as a "double" room but felt very small.

When a guest approaches the front desk, instead of being met with a face of horror in the morning , just a genuine smile, some basic customer service would be a really good start and maybe stand up to face the guest.

we stayed for a night and since our flight is too early in the morning, we opt out for breakfast The location is good, surround with supermarkets, just need to walk around in the area. There is nearby airport shuttle that is convenient even we had an early flight, 4:45 AM is the earliest for 4€ per person. The staff is approachable and always willing to help! It was good and worth the value of money.

Toilet - since it is a bit old, the stain or rust could be improve and clean or perhaps have some paint on it to maintain the cleanliness.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the night lad was english speaking which was great for us .The room was very clean and looked refurbished .The only downside was the shower, which was too small and difficult to fit a standard person .Overall, for one night, it was good.

I just didn't like that the room was well refurbished, then the wash basin and the shower were not refurbished .They were discoloured, though they were clean, but it just didn't give a good look to the overall room

I booked this hotel very late in night cause I missed my flight due to slow aerobus to airport (I should come to airport Beauvais in 1h and 15 mins but I was traveling 3 hours!). So hotel room was prepared so fast an very clean. It was little bit cold because of fresh air, I set higher temperature and it was better very fast. Only bad thing was very slow WiFi, at least in my room in corner of building, maybe its better in rooms closed to center / modem... Hotel is 8km far away from airport and taxi is 25 eur per one way. Stuff was very nice, they called me taxi in the morning to drives me back to airport.

Smart hotel with imaginative decor. The welcome was warm and the place was easily found. Safe gated parking was free. Location outside the town but close to large shopping centre with several restaurants. We enjoyed a great eat-all-you-want meal at immediate neighbour Grill Inn. Huge huge choice of dishes and two minute walk back to hotel.. A good place for an overnight stay though room was compact if one wished to spend longer periods.

The distance to the airport. The breakfast. A polite Male staff who attended to me on the evening of my arrival. The room assigned to was large.

The carpets are old and need changing. The facilities are old and almost not working. A receptionist answered the phone just before I checked in leaving me on hold for over 6 mins without updating me what was going on.

Hot shower, comfortable bed, staff very helpful with advice in using public transport to get to the airport. Places to eat and shop nearby if you want to. Our original room had a problem so they immediately put us in a refurbished room with no extra charge which was nice.

Coffee from a machine is expensive if you aren't having breakfast

Good and affordable option close the the Beauvais airport, around 10-15 mins away from this airport by taxi. Clean rooms, comfy beds. The breakfast was rather basic but all was fresh and fine. The lady working at the breakfast was just lovely!

The hotel needs some upgrading, but overall it was fine.

The breakfast was salty. Not sure if it’s Italian thing, but eggs, sausages, ham all were very salty. There was no hot water to make tea, I asked at the breakfast a waitress, she made me wait 5 minutes and still she didn’t bring any. I told her to bring me hot water in a cup to the ta le but she has not arrived…
