A good place to rest for a few hours before an early morning flight (and much safer than staying in a hotel/hostel in the city and taking a taxi at 3 AM). The pods were clean and comfortable.
The price is a bit too high for what it is, at almost $100 CAD with the tax, for staying here just a few hours in a pod/capsule. I would give it 5 stars and would choose this hotel more often if the price was lower, at around $50-$60 CAD per night. That would be better value for the money. Also, the hotel's wifi that came included in the reservation was weak and fairly slow. But I switched to the airport's free wifi, which was reachable from this hotel, and that one was faster.

Location couldn’t be more central and so easy for when passing through Mexico City airport. It’s very clean and the showers are private and very good. Despite all the pods being booked out I didn’t see a single other person and everyone who stayed was very quiet and respectful.
Everything was as expected so there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

The capsule hotel is ideally located inside Benito Juarez Airport, making it extremely convenient for long layovers. Additionally, there are many food options nearby within the airport, which adds to the overall safety and comfort. I believe it’s a great option to stay, especially since there's a bus counter nearby for traveling to various cities. I appreciated the cleanliness, privacy, towels, toiletries, and complimentary water. I would definitely rate it a 10 out of 10.
On my previous stay, my capsule was located near the street, and I could hear a lot of traffic noise. This time, I requested a different location, and it was perfect.

Comparing with some other, similar hotels this is a good one! Good value for the price. The cabin is indeed proper for a layover, much better than sleeping on the floor, just outside. The location is good also. MEX airport is anyways efficient, but it was like 15-20 mins only to get from the plane to the bed. Superb! Easy to use - all. And yes, the Staff asked how I felt myself, etc. This does not happen in normal hotels too frequently, so a big pro for the Team!
-A bit few amenities, such as a one timer toothbrush and toothpaste would be nice too.

The upper locker was hard to get into. The door was not thick enough to block out others sounds. Not being able to use my alarm clock on my phone made me worried about being able to wake up properly. The soap in the shower smelled weird. The airflow in the cabin was stuffy, but leaving the door open made everything comfortable. You could hear the bus station or some kind of vibration or maybe music from the base next-door. It looked like they were some other units that were closer and other units that were further away maybe to be able to pay more for a slightly better unit?

STAFF - The staff were absolutely wonderful! I stayed on both ends of my trip. As it was my first pod experience I had no idea what to expect or how things worked. The staff patiently explained everything and I was so grateful. PRICE - the regular pods/capsules are nearly half the price of a hotel and they gave you socks, bottled water, and ear plugs. LOCATION - Terminal 1 Pod Hotel is conveniently located close to the food court. I was able to drop my luggage and go eat without having to walk through the entire Terminal.
This is a didn't like and liked situation. On my 2nd visit I decided to try the "deluxe " pods - said they had a change room as well as all the things in the regular pods. Unfortunately, the deluxe pods were lacking. no handle on the door, making entry into pod extremely difficult, no tv and no place to put my things in the pod - the regular ones have flat places to put water etc. I was disappointed and spoke to the staff. They explained that these were new pods and being worked on. They happily moved me to a regular pod. The incorrect advertising was NOT the responsibility of the staff and I appreciated that they were able to switch my pods.

For a few hours of sleep between flights, it was way better than the crappy airport business class lounges. Bathrooms were clean (there were four or five of them, separate, with locks and space for dressing). Staff was kind despite the language barrier. There was good internet.
Pods are indeed noisy, and from mine I could hear the busses on the street below. But still I managed to sleep. It's a bit tricky to find, somehow their explanation lacks clarity. You need to be in the outside corridor of the airport, on level 2 - Departures, and head towards zones G and F. When you reach the restaurant zone, pay attention for a corridor going left, with signs for long -distance buses. The corridor is practically a bridge going across the street to the car parking and bus terminal. On the other side, go right and the pods are the last thing before the exit to the parking

I'd never stayed in a capsule hotel before. I found the experience to be perfect. Mexico City has a lot of red-eyes flights incoming and having an option to sleep comfortably and cleanly in the airport without having to find a cab to a hotel/air-bnb in the middle of the night is a huge advantage. I stayed here twice this trip. Once when arriving at 12:15 am, and once before departing for a 6am flight. The capsule itself was clean. Power point was available as was usb-a charging ports. Complete control of lighting and how fast the fans are going let a lot of customisation to your personal needs for sleep. A bottle of water and a towel are included as well as some socks so you can slip into the capsule room without making too much noise. Shared shower and toilets etc but someone is there cleaning it all day so as soon as one person comes out the shower floor is wiped down etc.
I stayed here two nights. On the first night it was perfect but on the second night I noticed a slight smell from the air vents. Nothing too annoying but a slight slight smell. Maybe the filter needed to be changed. It wasn't annoying enough that I even asked the front desk about it.

The experience of being in the pod itself is really cool- it feels very calm and restful, it's a really great option on long layovers or late arrivals to the airport. It's really great that you don't have to leave the airport at all or deal with hastles of taxis or buses at night. I have stayed here before and would reccommend it- however, I would choose a top bunk if possible because less noise from other guests opening and closing their pods gets through on the top level.
I was startled awake a few times by other guests forcefully opening their pods... perhaps the hotel staff could instruct guests specifically on how to open up the pods... it was a little disruptive to the otherwise very calm experience. The bathroom stalls and shower areas are clean but quite small.... I have stayed in the pod hotel in terminal 2 and the showers in this one were a little bigger.

I was really impressed with these sleep pods... the pods were more spacious than I expected and they had everything you need for a good night's sleep... blue lighting, clean bedding, a fold-out table if you want to read, lots of plugs, air-conditioning etc. You felt really secure because the pod locked and had to be opened by a button near the bed as well. They provided ear-plugs and socks, so you could drown out the noise of other people coming in. There was cleaning staff cleaning up after every single person used the toilet or shower... it was spotless! There were about 4 showers and 4 toilets in total, one shower was solely for females. Did I mention, it's right inside the airport :)? It was a 4 minute walk to check in our bags at 5am...
