Great choice for my family and I. Not much to complain about. As a smoker they definitely had several nice little outdoor areas you could enjoy one. The little snacks and soda area by the front desk is cool if you gotta have it. I actually forgot my debit card and they were able to charge it to my room. Rooms were clean and I enjoyed my stay

Only downside was the breakfast it was crowded and the food was gone fast had to wait as a few items at a time would eventually come back out again. There was a pancake machine but it wasn’t working, no waffles this day But honestly I’ve had worse in other places. I would definitely stay again.

Did not get to enjoy the breakfast opportunity. Room was very comfortable and clean. Heating system worked well. Bed was very comfortable. Check-in staff person accommodated our early check-in need even though the request for same had not been properly conveyed to the hotel

Noise from a number of people in an adjoining room went on until wee hours! Shower water pressure was somewhat low and temperature adjustment was very unusual. Hot was not at the hot setting indicated. No tissues in the room as one usually expects. Vanity water stopper was not working properly.

My family and I arrived about 1 am and was met with an amazing staff member who quickly got me and my children in our room. Upon waking up we had an amazing breakfast inside the hotel. My kids wanted to swim before checking out, the awesome staff member behind the counter at the front desk, opened the pool for me and my kids an hour early to give them a chance to swim! All around an amazing and unforgettable stay

Cleanliness, comfortable beds and pillows( they have firm and soft)..the body wash and shampoo/ conditioner and hand soap and lotion dispensers was so convenient…they have good toilet paper and tissues

We had 2 rooms ( one for my parents and one for me and my sister) and the only thing bad was my parents blind on window didn’t have the cords on the side to pull shade down at night…me and my sisters room worked fine

The property was clean and the front desk clerk who checked us in was very responsive and helpful in switching out our room’s broken refrigerator with another one. The beds were very comfortable.

Very crowded with lots of noise from people who have no manners and think it’s appropriate to hang in the hallways laughing, talking and constantly slamming their room doors. Luckily this stopped around 10:00pm. Not enough seating room to hold the number of people at breakfast. Had to fight for eggs!

Front desk staff was Excellent!!! Especially the young lady upon checkin...Breakfast pancakes were very good

Upon arrival. No soap for sink and only 1 set of towels for a double room so had to go to front desk for items The following morning left for the day and no cleaning service was done so back to the front desk for more towels.We ALWAYS leave a tip for housekeeping this time did NOT because they didn't provide service.Also 1st morning no fruit .2nd morning bananas to green to eat

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the curtains darkened the room nicely, we liked the room layout, the gym was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve been to, breakfast was pretty good, and the staff was excellent!

The towels and washcloths smelled a little musty, and there was a wierd stain on the wall near the bed.

Overall this was a very good experience. The staff was helpful and it was very clean. They were able to accomodate my down allergy with hypoallergenic pillow. (ALL the bedding is feather)

The facility felt outdated and showing wear. The pool was disappointing and the mirror in our bathroom looked like it overheated. I know I'm being nit-picky, but I expected more from the Hyatt brand.

The variety of breakfast food was wonderful. The house keeping staff were very helpful and kind. The location was an easy short drive to all the shopping in FarmVille.

Whatever music was playing all night needed to be much lower or off completely.

The room, the bathroom, the continental breakfast and the door security was awesome.

The window blind was a little stained. The TV cable could be more modern with more channels like OWN, VHS, GSN, CSPAN, etc. The TV remote control was definitely old. That was a little disappointing. Guests had to keep asking for supplies for the bathroom. The microwave plate was missing until we asked for one. Not cool. The bed linens were not changed at all throughout the stay. The TV would also shut off every once in a while and it would also freeze sometimes.
