It was nice to have a spa and fireplace in the room.

The room was okay. Not all of the spa nozzels worked on the spa, some were broken and no water came out. The room was not that clean. It looked clean on the surface but we dropped something off the dresser and had to get down on hands and knees to retrieve it and there was dirty kleenexs and chapstick under the table. Something was spilled on the carpet by the spa. Also, the room was old and needed the shower to be redone with the mold removed from under the caulking. We felt the price was too much for what we actually got. We thought it would be much nicer for the price paid.

Bed is comfy but I personally need thicker blankets Or a comforter for some weight on my body. Turning up the heat is not the answers. Weighted . The blanket is way to thin. But great because it is in-between 2 sheets👍 But there is a reason the call it a comforter! But we love this place. TowelS are also too thin . thick plus may cost more but last much longer. Plus size people need a towel that can wrap around them . Most of us are medium to large. Just food for thought owners,. Heads up you are starting to get black mold in the shower in the corner! Better catch it before it's too late #107,!

very nice facility, friendly staff, easy to get places from there, clean inside and comfortable, spacious, and had the standard small microwave, small refrigerator, and single-cup coffee maker. room has an exterior door that opens onto a nice grassy courtyard where you can sit outside on a summer night, and a place to barbecue. Comes with a free breakfast that is your basic standard, uninspired scrambled egg, bacon strips toast, and cereal, but these are served in a really pleasant pavilion with a fireplace, and tended by a nice lady who kept the tables clean and made sure the food was available. You can hear a little bit from the rooms above, but overall it's a really nice place to stay for the money and I would go there again.

Location is PERFECT! Just outside of downtown area, so feel safe leaving kayaks in truck overnight, but close enough to restaurants and the lakes! Nice coffee maker in the room, and it actually had GOOD coffee and hot cocoa pods! :) Breakfast was also pretty good and the breakfast workers were great - super friendly and nice!!

The rooms could have been a little more meticulous with the cleaning (a few dusty items, corners/floor boards not as clean as they could be...but nothing big!)

I spoke with 'Monica' on the phone before check in and during my brief stay, and she was very helpful, friendly and kind. The room was very clean and quiet on a Wednesday night. Mine came with a comfy bed, nice shower with decent water pressure, a fireplace and en-suite hot tub which was a delightful luxury, TV with tons of stations, small fridge and microwave, and a coffee maker. There was actually a backdoor to the room which led to a cute little patio with chairs and a small table, and a big grassy yard area with mature pine trees throughout (beware: the sprinklers go off without notice! LOL) About 60 feet away was a nice gated and heated pool with chaise lounges and patio chairs and tables, and towels. Breakfast was typical hotel 'continental-style' with bagels, waffle machine, cold cereal and hot oatmeal, yogurt, scrambled eggs and sausage, juices and coffee- all attended by a kind and hard-working lady keeping everything fresh and full. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations.

I would have appreciated the room staying much darker in the morning- the curtains over the window in the back door were insufficient in my opinion. Also, the ceiling fan in the middle of the room was not adjustable- wither full-on or off.

The Majestic is kept up well. And the grounds are always nice. The breakfast in the morning has a good selection of items.

My TV remote was not synced to the TV, only worked the cable box. Had to manually turn tv on and off, adjust volume, ect. The shower curtain rod was also very lose. They said maintenance would take care of these things but TV did not get fixed and only half of shower curtain was tightened. They also left mud all over the bath floor when then came in to make “repairs”.

Very nice and large king jacuzzi suite. Property is striking with park-like atmosphere among tall pines. Room was clean and comfortable but the highlight was a large ensuite jetted tub. Room also had a gas fireplace for heat with a stone chimney. Mountain home! Breakfast in the lodge clubhouse was just right with waffles, eggs, and whatnot. Staff was great!

Only complaint was water pressure in shower was weak... Everything else was great.

Late night checkin and the front desk attendant was on it. She assured us she would be available if we needed anything no matter the time and we didn’t need anything but I have no doubt she would’ve been there in a heartbeat to make sure we were taken care of. Place was clean. A little wear on the tub jets but nothing that should even be mentioned. Property is kept nice. It’s quiet. All around great stay.

Breakfast was included in price which offered a lot of options for everyone. Loved the patio and outdoor community space included with least expensive option. Also, that there are options to upgrade the room and experience such as fireplace and/or jacuzzi in room. Updated bathroom in our room and comfortable beds with lots of comfy pillows already in room upon arrival. The staff was great on each shift.

Walking distance to food and shopping. The room and grounds are very clean. They accept pets but you would never know it. The rooms do not smell of pets and there is no debris on the grounds from the pets. The breakfast is a continental breakfast, was nice, enough to get on the road with. The cook was very pleasant and had breakfast out on time. The desk clerk was new and was learning how to check in ppl. She seemed pleasant. I booked with Booking.com and asked for a downstairs room. When I called the desk to let them know I was going to be late arriving I checked and Booking put me on the second floor. I can not climb stairs. When I checked in the manager gave me a downstairs room. I suggest you call the motel directly and do not use any of the price.com sites. The Motel is very accommodating. I use this Motel 2xs a year. I have used others but they do not compare.
