The location and we always choose to stay there. Nice comfortable place

We needed assistance with the TV the second night of our stay. We were talked to and treated so badly that we almost checked out. The guy working that night was Ross. VERY POOR AND VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! He swore and acted/treated us like we were incompetent. He said swear words that should never be spoken in front of a lady. As long as he is working there we may stay else where.

We were exhausted and booked at the last minute. My daughter enjoyed being about to pet the manager's huskies, very nice person. It has hard floors so seems much cleaner than many hotels. We stuck around a few extra hours to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We got a great night's sleep and left feeling refreshed!

The breakfast didn't have any non-carb items other than yogurt. Our room 112 had some ants in the bathroom. Not a big deal for us, and maybe it's just something in the West as a hotel we stayed at in Utah also had ants in the bathroom.

Easy to get to. Ample parking. Pretty quiet. We were on the 2nd floor, and only noise was people rolling their suitcases past our door. The bed was comfy and pillows, too. Bring your own light blanket as theirs was not comfy. Good sized fridge!!

The credit card machine didn't work for check-in. Tried 2 cards, "denied." Called the bank, and nothing was denied. Thankfully, I had cash for both nights. Used that card the next 2 days in town with no problem.

Absolutely the most comfortable bed on our journey. Sarah, at the receptionist desk was wonderful; in fact, other than one housekeeper, she is the only hotel staff member we saw in our 4-day stay. There is a very good Culver’s that is open 10-10 right next door.

There was absolutely no protein on the “breakfast included” breakfast counter: even though we stayed over a weekend and on Christmas Day! Not even peanut butter! We had no television the entire stay. Sarah tried to switch out batteries and remotes, but the problem was an internet issue, so we also had no WiFi. Seems this was a city provider issue, but there was also no radio or anything in the room.

I liked the outdoor pool and the breakfast in the morning , friendly staff and comfortable bed

Only thing that could’ve made our stay easier was the drink machine didn’t take cards and we didn’t have cash on us, but very minor inconvenience and this hotel is right beside the culvert chicken. So overall, reasonably priced and decent breakfast. For the price, it was perfect for what we needed

The room was VERY clean and all features seemed very new, same goes for the bathroom. We only had one night on the way from the North of Arizona to Phoenix. We liked it so much, that we would have enjoyed a longer stay! A Culver's restaurant is the next building in the neighbourhood, also loved that.

I missed nothing.

Exceptionally clean and nicely updated modern decor. Flooring instead of carpet added to feeling of cleanliness. Bed was very comfortable and though it is on a main road, we didn't hear road noise. We left later than most of the other guests so the ice machine was out, but the manager gave us some ice from her own freezer!

The included breakfast had cereal, milk, bread/toast, individually wrapped muffins, two flavors of yoghurt (regular and low fat), bananas and apples, caffeinated coffee only, apple and orange juices, and the machine to make your own hot mini waffles. Butter and jelly were in larger containers. Individual packets would be more sanitary though admittedly cost the hotel more. This breakfast did the job and was kept clean and stocked, but I do like a couple of hot items.

Location close to restaurants. Breakfast has waffle maker, cereals, muffins, white bread, yogurt, fruits , coffee, tea. Room 217 is extra large with high ceiling,good size refrigerator, microwave, round table and chair, desk/chair. Room was Quiet, clean, newly renovated, bed was comfortable except AC was a bit noisy.

Overall a good stay, no complaints here.

The room was big, the bed was comfortable & the location was walkable to the grocery store & Culver's for dinner next door. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Breakfast was limited. I wish they had more grab n' go items. Also, it would have been really awesome to soak in the hot tub & swim in the outdoor pool, but unfortunately they were both closed in late March.

The room was beautiful, very large and very clean. Appreciated the non-smoking environment.

The heater was very loud. Kept waking us up during the night. The complex was quiet but not surprising since there were very few guests staying the two nights we were there. While it was nice that breakfast was included, it wasn't that appealing. Did not have much variety for different preferences. We stayed two different nights in the exact same room on February 8 and 13, both weekday nights, but were charged different rates. The hotel clerk could not explain why we paid more for the second visit. A minor inconvenience was that no soap was provided the first night. Would not recommend eating at the restaurant next door for dinner. Basically, a very high-priced fast food place. Go down the road and find something more appealing.
