The staff was welcoming, helpful and always available. The room and facilities were clean and updated. The location is great. There are plenty of pillows and the bedding is comfortable.

The room can tend to be stuffy even in cool/cold weather. It's annoying to have to run the A/C to keep the stuffiness down and the old fashioned under-the-window wall system is noisy and I needed ear plugs for a quieter sleep. My partner treated it like white noise and that worked for him. It's nice to have the large TV but we didn't try to use the TV this time to watch our streaming channels through our Firestick as we typically have been unable to hook up the Firestick. Somehow real time TV is less than appealing these days. It is wonderful to have fresh coffee in the morning but the food isn't for us. We are trying to follow a very healthy diet to live longer and protect our brains and the food offered does not contribute to that. I don't have any good suggestions for that.

The staff went out of their way to help us out. We wanted to watch a specific basketball game, so we called ahead to see if they had that particular network that the game would be on. The staff member checked and made sure that was the case. We asked for a recommendation on a pizza location. She again came through. She greeted me by name when I checked in. Excellent service in Payson.

Staff was very good and attentive. They were very interested in making sure I was as comfortable and had all I needed. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were very quiet and clean.

I can't think of anything I would improve.

Is so close to everything. I also like that there is a restaurant within walking distance with really good food.

Parking is really bad. I didn't like that on one night I had to park my truck in the parking lot of a business next door.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was hot and delicious. They had a little bit of everything to pick from.

The Jacuzzi was hot but the jets were broken and they didn't put fresh towels out for the guests. There was a pile of dirty ones from the day before.

Cozy beds, quiet, breakfast was well, indoor pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. Good location. Great water pressure and clean.

The carpet could use a good cleaning or new carpet, and the hot tub was out of service due to waiting on parts.

Breakfast was pretty good… Loved the pool, a little chilly…. Appreciated getting a ground floor room and being allowed to check in early!!! 6 yr old grandson loved everything!!!

I had to fix toilet, wouldn’t flush…. Bathroom rather small and no where to hang towels except on the shower curtain …

The pool was absolutely wonderful and got to spend time with my daughter after 9 years wished it never had to end cried all the way home

Nothing everything went we Ied hoped for a room with a jacuzzi tub for the price on booking app but the app was incorrect . l hope I receive my free night for my next booking in a room that has a jacuzzi tub in room . Thank you
