Large ultra clean perfectly sized room in an original old building in the centre of this beautiful town. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent huge breakfast, restaurant serves interesting menu in an atmospheric superb wood panelled room with great service. Very cosy bar. Great hotel all round, but the outstanding feature was the friendliness of all the staff we met. Thanks

We ran out of water during the very hot summer at night, the 2 large 1.5l bottles we had no option but to buy from the bar were hugely overpriced. Since everything else was such good value at this hotel this seemed odd!

Breakfast was a wide and varied selection of healthy and freshly prepared foods which were constantly replenished by staff. To a German guest, I suppose this is a normal hotel breakfast. To my wife and I this was like. “Quality Food Nirvana”

Only real nuisance was the relatively poor WI-FI

Received a quiet room as requested. Heating was on in the bathroom and the holiday lights were on timer, thoughtful touches. Location of hotel and room size were nice. Would stay again.

The floor boards squeaked loudly throughout the suite. Breakfast. The TV only had a few channels that didn't flicker/get good reception. Wifi needs work.

Staff were too good.We had some issues with the bathroom of the room allocated,but then they gave us another room just to take bath. Sauna is given as complimentary for all the guests.

Room floor was bit.noisy when stepped.

Breakfast had wide variety of wholesome food. Atmosphere of a real traditional German inn, with an excellent restaurant.
