it was very very clean and beautiful

I was very upset that the morning we woke up at the property I was having issues with my personal phone/Laptop and I needed to get to my other room but couldn’t remember the room # which was under my NAME and the girl in the lobby made it hard for me after we had rented a total of 9 rooms how dare her ! due to that our business partner and I missed an extremely important zoom meeting made me extremely extremely upset and frustrated because made us lose so much money just because of her unprofessional attitude.

WE enjoyed spending time away and the Zia fit our needs. The hotel and Casino together was such a convenience.

Wish there was a place to have a breakfast that is not a continental breakfast. The rooms could really use a deeper cleaning as well as the carpet in the hall ways. Wish there where more lower priced slot machines.

Honestly the rooms were bigger than what we are used to staying in considering we are a travel soccer family but this was just for relaxation. Over all great rooms quiet halls cold rooms.

The pillows! Our pillows were extremely fluffy and uncomfortable but really that was our only complaint lol

That we have to wait for 2-3 hrs to check in but other people were giong right behind us and they got there room so l just don’t think that was fair there was 6 couple waiting but never again stay thru if the room are oper let us have they what the problem no good

It’s always a good time. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The shower would t heat up all the way. The knob only turned part of the way. There wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner in dispenser. Very little body wash. All it had was a bar of soap. After sitting in the casino it would’ve been nice to take a hot shower and wash the smoke out of my hair.

Excellent staff. Comfortable rooms and spotless! It even smelled good.

It was very cold and the doors didn't open for guests. All disabled parking places were occupied by vehicles that did not have HC plates or permits displayed.

Employees very nice. The casino nice, but was a smoking casino. Good parking. Lobby nice and clean. Bar nice

There was a sewer like smell in bathroom. Front desk clerk it is like that with the weather. The pillows were so big and fat. But I had brought my own pillow.

Breakfast service has improved from my first visit a few years ago..

Only one small problem...the pillows are too big and firm. Hard to get comfortable. Beds were nice.

Had a casino. The complimentary breakfast was better than any other hotel complimentary breakfast that I have come across.

Did not have swimming pool, did not have table games like Blackjack or Craps

Staff, gaming, food....pretty much has all needs. Rooms were clean and comfortable!Quick check-in and vending had many options for good price!

Can't say much about dislikes, breakfast wasn't the best but very few hotels do
