Nice stuff, good breakfast. It's an old historic building, so it has no lift, and the sound isolation is not good either. Apart from these, it is a good place for your visit to Terezin. There is a vitnam restaurant nearby, they offer good food and bubble tea.

Staff was very flexible and helpful. We have stayed with a puppy and had a very late check in and very early check out. They were supportive.

The breakfast didn’t start till 8am - it would be nice if it started earlier.

The staff were very friendly and helpful once the language barrier was overcome. The room was bright and comfortable and overlooked a small park. The bathroom was clean and had the basics, including a good shower. The hotel is centrally located with free parking at the door.

It's a three star hotel so my expectations needed to be moderated. I felt a little lost as a solo traveller with little knowledge of Czech (to my shame). However the staff could do with taking a course in English as it is a spoken language in tourism throughout the World. Also, the breakfast menu was limited. I didn't see an English menu for breakfast or lunch but in fairness I didn't request one.

Serious warning before booking! The room had a terrible smell, with dampness, mold, and spider webs. No air conditioning, no shampoo, and not even a small fridge. Staff were unhelpful. I had to leave after one night even though I booked two. The cancellation policy was unclear, and neither the hotel nor Booking helped. Honestly: I don’t recommend it at all. Not suitable for staying.
