The property is in a beautiful and quiet location, yet very close to the downtown, there is a parking lot, and the best part is that even though we arrived late at night, it was no problem to check in - we received all the necessary information via a text message - amazing! The service was spot on - whenever we needed something, it was provided immediately and the communication with the manager/owner could not be better - he answered our question promptly at any time, on any day - outstanding indeed, and much appreciated. The complimentary coffee and tea is a nice bonus, and the fridge in the room was great for us. The wifi worked like a chime.

The only thing I wish there was available was a microwave.

We loved this hotel. Really spaceous room for 4 persons with all you need. Nice view from window on garden. Huge TV, The bed was gorgeous. It was also nice to have a fridge. Tee and koffee free of charge as much as you want.

WC together with a bathroom. I'd prefer to have it separate. But that's a minor thing in comparison with all other advantages.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations about the accommodations. It was hard coming from the train station with our luggage. No taxis were available and the walk is uphill and about a KM.

The location was great... right in the middle of Teplice and within walking distance to restaurants and bars and the pretty old town, with its amazing architecture. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The coffee and tea station in the hallway was a nice touch.

The location is great if you want to visit the spa in Teplice. We appreciated private parking, comfortable beds and well-functioning bathroom. There was also a possibility to make tea and coffee at the corridor.

There was a little confusion with check-in code to get to the building. Also, the facility used a strong scent, probably to mask some bad smell.

Clean and spacious room. Quiet area, at the same time within a walking distance from multiple dining places in the town centre. The private parking was a great addition.

Bathroom certainly needs some attention

This place is just perfect, if you want to be on your one but also to be active. The hotel is in a nice place in the middle of the center, you can reach the central street and other popular places only in 5-7 minutes, but at the same time (and it's amazing!) it is very calm here, no noise. Here you can find privacy, peace and go everywhere you want and it's not far away. If I come back to Teplice, this hotel will be my aim again! :)

I liked everyhing, just the bedding in the bed could not be synthetic, but more natural.

Apartment has a lot of space to fit in our family (2+3). The location was great, close to the city center. No issues with parking.

Location, very quiet, very clean, internet was very good and the owner is very helpful.
