Absolutely stunning location 10/10, on a hill over the river and the city, just a 5 minute cable car ride to the center of town. Relaxing views and nature around to have a walk or a trek. Very polite and efficient staff everywhere. Fantastic restaurant with great beer and food, enjoying the view. Breakfast was more than enough. The rooms are spotless, large beds and very good bedding, air conditioned and very quiet. Really a great place to stray in the area, probably the best. Felt like living in a small palace on the hill

-The Filippino massage was great! Booked 2 hours but it was so good that i needed to book again the day after. Good and strong massage very professional. As Czech standard i would say it was expansive. -The hotel have a great atmosphere. -The cable car was great and convenient. -The staff was very friendly. -SPA facilities are good.

- I was looking forward for the food, as it was described as one of the best restaurants in the region. Maybe my expectations were too high, but i would labe it as average. - Breakfast was average and tasteless. -Our room needed an upgrade.

Beautiful and easily reachable place from the city. Great service, very nice people, especially the receptionists, they were incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing restaurant and breakfasts. Nice hikes in nature around. A lot of options for activities. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is in good shape and very pleasant. However, focusing on small details, like thoroughly cleaning the bathroom grout, would help it truly live up to its four-star rating.

Lovely view and fun to access by cable car. Good dinner at the restaurant and very friendly front desk staff.

Though big, our deluxe room was dark and a bit gloomy with a cheap looking couch. For such a nice hotel, the breakfast was surprisingly bad - no bowls, no yogurt, weird scrambled eggs, apparently frozen potatoes, nearly out of cheeses and meats.

The only reasonable place to stay in Usti nad Labem. Perfect location with a great view. The cable car is an additional attraction. Very comfortable and spacious room. Good choice of mean and quality in the restaurant. Parking is free of charge and right in front of the entrance.

Very nice location just looking over Usti nad Labem. Private parking and incredibly friendly staff both in the hotel and in the Restaurant. Cable car direct down to the shopping in the coty centre. Very good breakfast included. Nice fitness centre available. We did not try the wellness and sauna, but this is also available upon request. Very good value for money.

Nothing really worth mentioning, but the restaurant and terrace closes a bit early (22). If you wanted a snack and a beer the reception however fixed this from the lobby bar with a smile.

Beautiful location, reachable from the city by car or via the cable car (~10 Euro for a family with a stroller return trip, closes around 10pm). The views at the venues are great, and there's also a restaurant in the hotel which means you can always get food if you don't feel like going to the city.

The furniture was rather old - for example, sofa pillows were sagging when you sit on them. AC seemed old as well and we had trouble controlling the temperature (might be room-specific, since we were directly under the roof).

I always appreciate hospitality, kindness and proffesionalism of the staff. The Food is really great and dinner is a perfect ending of the day. Even bad day turns to a good one… I usually stay at Vètruše when I travel for a business trip and always feel welcome, finding a Nice comfortable place to relax afterwork. The building is historical and therefore exceptional. The rooms are huge. The restaurant where the breakfast takes place is elegant and stylish. And the breakfast buffet was exactly what you would expect from a 4 Star Hotel.

Not much to criticize overall. The rooms are not new anymore and could use some tiny renovations. And the spa area is not included and was completely booked out when we arrived.

I stayed in this hotel during my business trip to Usti. Unfortunatelly I didin't have a view of the city from my room, but I guess it was beacuse I had booked a cheaper room. The breakfast was excellent! Location of the hotel is nice for walks in nature. I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel is located on a steep hill and the cable way is working from 9am to 8pm (during winter), so you have to think about it, especially if you have for example a suitcase. Or you can just climb the hill and do something for your body :)
