Comfortable, spacious and newly furnished. Pleasant details are thought of, nicely arranged, in the city center, but at the same time in a quiet place.

Excessive filling of registration forms. The passports of all family members, including children, are scanned and and despite that we were additionally asked to fill in identical forms by hand for all five family members, indicating the same address, etc. I understand that it's a small thing, but after a long trip, when you arrive with three children, filling out five identical forms, where you need to enter the same residential address and contact information, seems a clearly redundant option. They even ask to indicate the city of birth. We travel a lot, but we have never encountered such precision.

The apartment was absolutely lovely. Modern , spacious, cosy and it had its own kitchen with all the essentials, including a big fridge just like the one I have at home. Even though it was connected to a gym, surprisingly, it was peaceful and nestled in a beautiful, serene location. Oh, and I must mention another great feature – the room had plenty of electrical outlets! It's so convenient when you have all your gadgets and devices to charge. No need to worry about running out of battery or searching for a spare socket; they've got you covered! But let me tell you about the real highlight – the on-site restaurant – a true hidden gem you mustn't miss, whether you're a guest at the hotel or not. First off, I have to give a shout-out to the staff; they were incredibly warm, discreet, and oh-so-kind – a rare and delightful treat in a restaurant. The breakfast was absolutely delightful with a wide variety that won't overwhelm you and with reasonable price. The flavours and presentation of the dishes were top-notch. I had the pleasure of dining there one evening and let me say, the meal was simply perfection. I'm already looking forward to the next time I'm in the area, as I'll definitely choose this wonderful place again.

+ Great location at the heart of Decin. + Great complimentary breakfast in the morning and it has even have a spacious kid's playroom where kids (my 7 and 5 years old) can play at the corner of the restaurant. + Great staffs whom assisted me and supported me with inquries w/o any sign of impatience. + Great apartment with all of the amenities that you can hope for. Our family forgot to bring the laudry capsule and the reception was able to provide it. + Love the modern vibe of the room design and decor. + The gym below is free of charge for guest to use but we didn't get to use it.

-The room was not cleaned once during our 5day stay. The 3rd day we went and asked at the reception and they promised to get it cleaned. Our baby always slept between 13-15h and we have the feeling that is the only time housekeeping comes by in this complex, so probably that’s why they skipped us. Nevertheless, this should not be an excuse.. -Parking is not free at location

Lovely and very comfortable stay! The bed was comfortable, the place was spotless and very well compartmented. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped well. We would have stayed more if they had availability. The restaurant downstairs was good. The place was quiet and close to the centre.

The gym (that you have full access to) was only opened for a day out of our 4 days stay because it was closing down for renovations😢 That was a bummer as we chose the place because of it. The pillows were huge and thin, we couldn’t use them so we ended up using some other pillows that were for decoration.

Location - central part of the city. Quiet and eco-friendly. Very tasty food and cakes. The restaurant staff is very attentive and friendly. The apartment is clean, new, large and well-equipped. There is a good Billa supermarket nearby. The air conditioning is excellent.

The Internet is not very good. If you plan to work and there are three of you, you will be a little disappointed. You will not want to open the windows, because they are all hung with cobwebs and spiders from the outside. Harmless little "hay-eaters" were spotted on the bed in the bedroom. They were identified thanks to the Internet -) If you have poor eyesight, you might not even see them.

Great location. Děčín is quite a big town and has everything you need. Perfect location to explore Hřensko and all the sightseeing attractions and routes of the region. Comfortable, modern apartments featuring complete amenities and easy parking access.

The view from the window was okay, but nothing special. That said, we weren't really here for the view, so it didn't matter much. To streamline the check-in process, I recommend implementing an online check-in system. This would allow guests to provide their information in advance, resulting in quicker service upon arrival.

A really fancy hotel located right above a top-notch gym, which guests can use for free. The rooms are spacious and perfect for families, with a very well-equipped kitchen and strong air conditioning that reaches the entire apartment.

The toilet had a bit of a funky smell, and the trash wasn’t cleared during our stay. I think the accommodation is ideal for a short visit of about two nights, but I’m not sure it would be as comfortable for a longer stay.

Our family had a great time! The peaceful surroundings and stunning views were just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The room was even more spacious than we expected, and having a washing machine was a lifesaver! Despite arriving late, the key pickup was seamless, and the detailed instructions for parking, facilities, and local restaurants made everything super easy. The bakery was great for breakfast—we loved everything there!

We arrived after 9 p.m., so we didn’t have a chance to try the well-known restaurant. Although it was still open, the kitchen had already closed. Unfortunately, no other restaurants or stores in town were open at that time, so I’d recommend arriving a little earlier. There may have been a misunderstanding—we parked in the two-story car park as suggested, but the next morning, we found a rude note on our car because we had unknowingly parked in a reserved spot.

Probably the best you get in town. Gated parking spot nearby, we had a rental car so this definitely was a bonus

We were unfortunate with crying baby upstairs 2 nights in the row and with some early morning noise coming up from the parking lot downstairs next to the gym which was right under our bedroom
