The location was excellent. Breakfast was great and the room was spacious and accommodating. The shower was renovated and very nice. This was our nicest hotel in Czechia, even if it was a bit more expensive. We also found the food they served for supper quite nice.

We were in the second section of the hotel, where there are balconies to the river. By itself, that was nice, but the separation between rooms on the balcony was just a metal frame. This was quaint, but became less pleasant when the neighbors smoked on the balcony. The hotel policy says that smoking is not allowed, not even on the balconies, but there are ashtrays on all balconies.

We stayed in on of their small double bedrooms for four nights in the middle of November. We were very satisfied with our stay. The location is very convenient to explore Czech Switzerland. The bedroom was a good size and had everything we needed. The bathroom was modern and practical. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. You could tell this was off season as there were not many staff members but that did not affect the good running of the hotel. The breakfast was also good and there was enough variety for us.

The only thing I can mention is that if you are a light sleeper, be aware that the curtains are not blackout and there are street lights outside so you may want to bring a mask (we used the towels on the windows to block the light) and also, in the summer of you wanted to sleep with the window open, you will be able to hear the cars driving by and the river flowing. It was November for us so we kept the windows shut and they are double glazed so it was very quiet.

In the heart or Hrensko near the trail starts. Very clean rooms with a good view of the small river. Good breakfast.

A significant part of trails were closed after the huge wildfire. Plenty of places were cards not accepted and no ATMs (only 2 with huge fees) The majority of people are not speaking English.

The best was restaurant for dinner. We were surprised of prices and quality of the dish. Room clean and comfortable, but a bit old. We used parking spot that was very nice to get to hiking trails. Overall satisfied with service!

Old-fashioned furniture, but maybe that is the style of hotel. Brakfast could be better (we waited for better quality as dinner at the same restaurant was exceptional), especially the sweets table.

Great location, especially for people who like walking. Room was pleasant, clean and a good size. Room and bathroom were clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. The man at reception helped with all our questions though the reception is only open at certain times. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The receptionist was helpfull, great location, modern and comfortable bathromm and nice view from the balcony.

Instead of a doubled bed (as we orderd) we received two small beds that were placed next to each other. There was a gap of about 5 cm between them. The room was very small with no place to open our luggage.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, helpful reception desk. Felt very welcomed. Stocked fridge was extra nice after a long day of traveling.

Nothing to complain about except for the strong scented air freshener at the reception desk. Too strong of a chemical smell after hiking in nature all day.

Hrensko is a touristic village known for its hiking routes. Unfortunately, the main attraction Edmonds Gorge was closed but we made a nice 28 km loop around the villages in the bohemian national park. And that was amazing! The hotel itself was fine. Of particular notice is Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable receptionist. In Hrensko, you will Not find many friendly staff people. :) We liked the breakfast (included into the room rate) and we had once dinner in their restaurant. The waiters are friendly too. The room was spacious and had a nice view to the river and rather large bathroom with a tub. Very important, you can by card there

Well, while the room was generally clean, we noticed few insects (probably from the forest). A bit of disappointment was lack of hot water. At some point it stops, but we liked to enjoy a tub and booked this hotel for that reason. At last, there is no receptionist after 19:00.

very nice hotel in the national park, close to different hikes and all the national park hot spots, breakfast buffet included really everything, dinner in the restaurant very good, friendly receptionist German and English speaking, we consider coming back, definitely recommendable

3rd bed in the triple room was not comfortable one spots on the mattress

The room was cosy and generous with a nice bathroom. We also enjoyed the food, breakfast as well as dinner were good. The person at the reception was very friendly and - being lazy - it was great that they speak German.
