Very helpful and friendly staff in both the hotel and Aquapark, they explained everything very well about the pool and hotel complex. The location was a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and a 20 minute walk to the train station. The facilities in the aquapark were excellent; a very modern, clean and enjoyable swimming pool. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh items and was located a short walk from the hotel. If we are in Děčín again we will definitely stay here again.

I've booked pool view, but didn't get one Otherwise, only minor things: * I filled in my info already on booking.com, but was asked again to do so another website * I have clearly marked my arrival time (both on booking.com and on the other website), yet, I had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be ready * Should maintain quiet time, noisy guests in late evening (ie. kids running and screaming on the hallway) were waking our kids. * Staff in the water park did not speak English or German.

Definitely coming back again! Clean and comfortable room with everything enough. Good breakfast. Amazing pool area where you can enjoy your time alone, with friends or with family and little kids. Beautiful small town among the mountains. Close car ride to other cool places like Bastei or Pravčická Archway. Amazingly friendly staff. Everyone speaks English. Superb choice for a weekend. Parking right at the front door.

Rooms need cleaning under the beds and on top of the wardrobes. Other than that room cleaning is good.

We came here for the second time on a bicycle trip. And we really like this place. Great for swimming, nice rooms, delicious breakfast. And a safe place for the bicycle. This time we also went to indoor pool with its great slides because of the weather. And it is also recommendable and affordable (hotel guests get discount). We plan to go there again.

Lovely staff, very attentive Outdoor and indoor pools were great! The kids had lots of fun on the slides. One of the slides was closed, however we received extra discount for that. Free parking just outside of the hotel. Very good breakfast, enough choice for all of us. The room was quite small, but had everything needed, including table, chairs, free tea and coffee, kettle and some basic crockery

When I chose this hotel for my German friends and myself, I was looking for a "hotel with a nice pool". Well, this one has ten pools, up to 50m long, including whirlpools, 5 slides (3 of them indoor and great fun also for adults!) massage jets, etc. because it belongs to the "Aqua Park Děčín", which really exceeded my expectations. I have never seen such a great Aquapark in a town of this size! USE of all 4 outdoor pools, which are heated to 26°C with natural thermal water, is included in the hotel price. Use of the indoor pools (26°C as well, except for the whirlpools at about 37°C) costs a very moderate surcharge (50 CZK for the first 30min, then half a CZK for each further minute, booked electronically). Breakfast is very good, also for vegetarians like me. Several restaurants (some of them very good) as well as shops are nearby in <10min walking distance (see e.g. on mapy.cz). Altogether, this is a perfect place for relaxing, also in combination with the usual activities in České Švýcarsko like hiking, climbing, cycling, rafting,...

The refrigerator in the room was a bit loud, and the beds felt a bit hard. But both did not spoil the otherwise wonderful experience.

Very nice place connected to the local aqua park. Access to outdoor facilities is included in the room price and you get a good discount for the indoor facilities. Kids and pets friendly hotel, very good breakfast.

Everything was ok.

It was our second stay in the hotel. It has a wonderful location in a beautiful town surrounded by all good facilities. Near by you have a great restaurant La Fabrika, the pools are magical and I really like the hotel.

I wouldn't visit the aquapark again. It's way too crowded for my liking. Better outdoor from my side.

This wasn't our last visit of the Aqua Hotel. The welcoming staff was extremely helpful. I followed her recommendation upon the choice of restaurant - "Restaurace Fabrika" - is perhaps more pricy for the CZ, however, it is really a good cuisine! The location is amazing. Despite the constructions in the area, it was beautiful, very quiet, and the swim after the long travel was magnificent in almost empty pool area. Moreover, I really enjoyed the breakfast. The only negative was that we coudn't stay for longer! It is such a beautiful region, next time I will keep that in mind. Thank you!

It was a great stay. Quiet surrounding. The receptionist was really helpful. Would definitely come again. Breakfast was ok. They had brochures for planning trips around Decin and also maps.
