Spa and pool were great. The balcony and outside terrace were really nice. Staff were very helpful. Even though the restaurant was closed the first evening the staff helped us order a takeaway pizza and gave us plates and cutlery from the restaurant, and served drinks. We actually didn't leave the hotel for the three days we were there, it was so relaxing. Also like the fact we could just get the local bus from the railway station and it stops directly outside the hotel entrance.

Breakfast was very basic and the restaurant was actually closed one of the two nights we were there.

Quite bad warm water pressure and reliability in the bathroom. Empty minibar (to be collected at reception which means NO minibar in real life) Terrible coffee at breakfast from some single plastic thermo bottle - this is really incredible for a 4* hotel! Located directly on quite busy street with noisy traffic. Far from city center. Sauna and steam bad way too small.

Everything was great - food, room, spa The young girl at the reception was unfriendly and indifferent, but the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our car battery died, and we asked her if she knew any repair services or if she could help in any way. She indifferently replied that there are many services in the city and that we should use Google Maps. The problem is that many people don't speak English, and it was very difficult to find help.

Extremely comfortable and quiet room. Excellent location, just outside Decin and an easy walk into the town. Very friendly and obliging staff. Superb food (breakfast and dinner) and a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel had a delightful, spacious and partly tree-covered patio ideal at any time of day. The pool and spa facilities were luxurious and much appreciated. The masseur was excellent. The hotel was very professionally run and the cleanliness of both public and private spaces beyond reproach. The car park was more than big enough for the number of guests in mid August. The hotel is also ideally suited to hill walking and excursions further afield ('Czech Switzerland', etc.). It is located on the outskirts of Decin, a historical city with a fine hilltop castle commanding wonderful views across the river towards the imposing hills.

Everything was as we would have wished. No criticisms whatsoever.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The spa facilities were also very clean and seemed to be well-maintained on a regular basis, which made the experience very comfortable and relaxing.

It would have been even better if the water temperature in the pool and jacuzzi had been a little warmer.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, one can have a good sleep, there is a wellness area with a pool and a small sauna cabin

Too expensive for Chech republic hotels, as normally one finds a lot of good hotels for way less money in such area, we only took this one because we travelled with friends and they wanted to have some higher class hotel. Spa is not too impressive, the pool is not very big and there are only two sauna cabins (finnish and with the steam), where only about 4 persons fit in at a time. Plus the spa area is only opened from 2 until 8 p.m, we had to leave it even earlier at 19:45 because someone rented it privitely in the evening on that day

The environment and atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. The food was great in breakfast. The spa facilities were great addition to our vacation.

The furniture was outdated. The massage was so expensive and terribly bad. We asked for a man therapist in advance and the hotel approved it, and there was a woman therapist.

Nice & big rooms, restaurant and staff very friendly at all time! Food was super tasty. good located for hiking. beautiful wellness area!

Yoga room is not used at all but there are just two sunbeds available and maybe also one of the locker rooms could be made for relaxing areas after swimming and sauna! Breakfast was okay, maybe more options for vegetarians! As the hotel is located on the hill it is maybe a little bit tough for someone to walk up and down every day!

The hotel is fantastic, it is calmly located and has a nice restaurant with great food and breakfast. It is very cozy. However the best aspect is the wellness which is heavenly. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Nice quiet hotel that was well located on the way for our trip to the Bohemian Switzerland park. The spa was small but beautiful and the room was very spacious and clean.

As the hotel is located a bit far from the city centre the hotel restaurant is only convenient place to get food. We were quite disappointed with the service at the restaurant as it was very slow, it was hard to get the waiters’ attention and there was a confusion with our order. The food was average and not worth the price.
