The view from the hotel is great and the rooms are very nicely decorated. The whole place is themed after famous movies, characters and actors, and it is very well done. We stayed in the "Avengers" room -- I would have preferred the "Star Wars" room, but that's just me ;-) This room has a small balcony overlooking the street, with a view on the river and the castle on the opposite side of the river. Although the hotel is not in the city center, one can get there on foot in just 10-15 minutes. The owners are visibly passionate about what they do. I wish them great success!

The road in front of the hotel had more traffic than I expected. The resulting noise (and pollution) made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. As one would expect in a room themed after "Spiderman", there were several small eight-legged beasts in the window frames, and some of them also made it into the room. They were just minding their own business in their little corner, but since the person staying with me is afraid of those, I gently took the bigger ones and moved them out of the room. I would strongly recommend that the owners install some meshes in front of the windows and balcony door to keep those unwanted "guests" out of the room.

Excellent location. Gorgeous view. Large, clean rooms. Great food attached (Burger Berg) and close walk (Karl’s). Great coffee shop down the street. Easy parking. Excellent customer service.

Nothing to dislike, but suggestion for future travelers with mobility issues. There is not an elevator, so short flights of stairs to all rooms.

A great place in a wonderful location just by the river, with an incredible view of the castle. While we weren't sure if the locations was a little remote between the two centres of Decin, it turned out the hotel located in the middle of a very contemporary restaurant row by the river and we found it nice that it wasn't far from either centre. Both the train station and overland bus stops were little over 5 minutes away. The Breakfast was fantastic (both the food and the verymattentive team), and the rooms were spacious and clean with a great bathroom and shower. Checkin and checkout are easy, and correspondence with the owners beforehand was extremely friendly and accomodating. We absolutely recommend!

Nothing serious at all. If you do care: The street is a bit noisy when you keep the windows open which we did as the room was surprisingly warm despite moderate September temperatures. However, you always have the choice to use the AC, we didn't find the noise that disturbing and loved the fresh air. Plus: While the key boxes are an easy way to get in and out, they also keep the place a teeny weeny bit anonymous despite its very individual decoration and attention to detail. None of it mattered to us, but it could be relevant to some.

Room was bigger than I expected and everything was just fine.

The boiler in the bathroom was really small and it was set only to 40 degrees, which only gave us about 3 min of hot shower. Not very pleasant. Later on we set it to a higher temperature and afterwards there was enough hot water for two nice showers, so not a big deal after all.

Our stay in the Hotel was good, comfortable, and cozy environment, The Staff was very nice and all were helpful. The viewpoint from the Room was super nice and isolated window so we did not feel the noise there. Breakfast was good. Near to train station and new city by walk.

No complaint

we loved the location in the pedestrian area of the town. we also loved the space of the apartment and having a kitchen. The inner courtyard allowed us to safely store our bikes and there was a nice little sitting area. We did not meet the host however email communication was always prompt and his instructions for getting the keys were easy.

we didn’t realize that there were steep stairs and that the WC was on the lower level and the bedroom on the upper level.

The location was superb! Loved the view of the castle from our balcony! Loved the terrace! Thought the breakfast was unique, creative and varied. Loved watching the climbers.

Better pillos? Too soft

Delicous breakfast (not just the usual, but also e.g. quiche, red beet carpaccio, mango juice). Nice and beautiful room with luxury like airco and a coffee machine and rain shower. Good beds. Next to the via ferrata, which was our goal in Decin.

The accomodation is right at a main street, so you hear cars but it did not bother us too much

Not too far from the centre/hlavni nadraži. Spacious room. Complimentary breakfast in the burger bar at the ground floor of the building very good, especially the big drinking glasses for your morning drink - in contrast to the tiny ones you get at most other places - excellent.

Quite some loud traffic on the street beneath which may be a problem in the summertime. Some attention should be paid to the bathroom fittings where a gap between the fitting and the wall might enable water to permeate into the wall.

The rooms are excellent - very modern, comfortable and clean. Thanks to triple-pane windows and good sound insulation of the walls, I did hear the road next to it at all. Breakfast was served in the Restaurant "Burger Berg" that belongs to the same owner as the pension. It was good, with a sufficient choice also for vegetarians like me. The restaurant also serves good dinners to all those who like Burgers - it also serves vegetarian options. The Pension is in walking distance (700m) from the train station (important for me), and directly next to the beginning of the "via ferrata" climbing trails of Děčín (not important for me, but for people who like climbing).

It was not clear to me when I booked it through booking.com that there was no reception, but only a box with room keys to be unlocked with a code send by e-mail.
