Our "room" was basically an apartment. Two bedrooms, a living room plus kitchen, and a bathroom. Very spacious. The location was beside a lake, so the view was good. And it was also near the town plaza, which has some restaurant options, and a Billa supermarket. (Also bus stops for getting around) The breakfast was pretty basic, good enough for us. The staff were all kind.

Sometimes we couldn't find the reception staff for questions like laundry, and not sure whether the heat was working (we're from Taiwan, where nobody uses heat). I ended up using Booking's messages in those cases and could get responses maybe in a few hours. Btw, if you don't speak Czech and don't know what the voice at the front door said. It basically means the door was unlocked. I didn't know the first time when checking in so was standing there confused for several minutes...

Great location! Close to all the interesting places, quiet and green, with plenty of parking space. Very nice breakfast buffet in a pleasant dining room. Beautiful and clean property. Kind staff willing to help -thanks for agreeing to an early check-in.

There was a miscommunication: what we booked was marked as a double room without kitchen while in reality it was a 2kk apartment. It was a pleasant surprise but it would have been nice to know in advance, we would have planned differently. Suggestion for room improvement: add a shoe horn at tge entrance and a small shelf in the shower to hold toiletries.

Spacious, clean apartments sitting on the edge of a small lake close to the town centre. Secure bike storage. Nice breakfast provided. Enjoyed Fabrika restaurant and Sever brewery nearby.

Owner was very helpful on arrival ... Good size room and parking was available... only a few minutes walk to the town square... to bars a s the castle and church... breakfast was good and in a modern room and could even sit outside if you wanted to... fridge in room and small kitchen

shower head was broken so would not stay in place when showering... bed side light bulb was out.. couch was not very comfortable... wifi only works in public area not in room...

Good location close to the city center, ran by friendly staff. Communication was smooth as well. As mentioned by other reviews, breakfast was very good, with nice coffee to start off your day well. The room itself was more than large enough to fit two persons.

The rooms were very clean, but are starting to show their age. Air conditioning and/or ventilation would have been a nice to have.

Spacious apartment, a bedroom and another room with a kitchenette, private bathroom, all you need for a stay. It's simple, clean and comfortable, free parking included. Good breakfast. Great place to reach Česke Švycarsko hiking routes by car.

The pillows could be more comfortable.
