Have stayed there a couple of times before, always clean, the beds are very comfortable, staff friendly. Will probably stay again

The location, there’s other nice areas in Baxley, there’s no pool, hot tub, not really an area to hang or sit outside plus not really anything scenic there. So to me the room prices are steep for Baxley. That’s my hometown I know there’s no big events. But the prices are a little high, they don’t ask if you’re an AARP member. I go up at least once a month to check on family

The location was great and the staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were one the best I have used at a hotel. The rooms were clean and it was easy to control the temperature in the room which was very nice.

We were a bit disappointed in the breakfast. Most of the "fresh items" were overcooked but in a pinch, it does the job!

Clean room, courteous personnel at checkin and out. VERY comfortable bed!

Cleaning staff were in the hallway too early and too loud. They were not being conscientious of travelers trying to sleep. Coffee machine was out of order for morning coffee.

I like the hotel itself, the cleanliness of it and the location of it. The staff was nice and friendly. They also have a good breakfast.

I didn't light the pressure coming out of the bathroom sink, and they needed a new shower head. Overall, the stay was good..

The breakfast was good, but I would like to add sausage to the menu because everyone doesn't eat bacon. Bacon was all that was available when I was there.

As much as I appreciated the coffee, I would have enjoyed a pot of coffee and flavored creamer. Overall I am thankful. Thank you.

The breakfast was amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was in the middle of the "strip."

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There was mildew in the shower. The shower doors were not cleaned well. They were streaked and had soap scum on them.

Breakfast was okay. Bacon and sausage was overcooked and hard. Eggs cold. Otherwise it was good.

Don't like charge for early check-in. If the room is ready, let us in.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival and checking out. Room was descent and clean. Location was ideal, not too far from Plant Hatch in processing center.

The staff was amazing everything was amazing. Room was comfortable nice spacious clean. 

The room and hallway had a nasty Oder and the elevator shook like it was going to fall
