Very spacious room and spotless. Bed and pillows were excellent…..very much to my liking.
The only thing I did not like was when I checked out the next day, they weren’t able to present me with a receipt showing what I had paid for the room. I needed one for reimbursement purposes. Also, I had to leave by 7:00 a.m. so was not able to enjoy the breakfast! I wish they would start breakfast earlier like 6:00 or 6:30!

It was clean, the breakfast was awesome and it didn’t smell like smoke or marjuana which is a big plus. Staff was amazing. Thank you for an amazing experience.

From check in to check out. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Melinda was very helpful.Our room was cleaned the next day as we requested. Jennifer was helpful at breakfast. Very close to everything and easy to find. I would stay here again. My room, perfect size.
If I have to say something negative. Not enough mirrors. There is one long huge mirror in the room. We had to share it. Also, the walls seemed a little thin. Could hear voices from time to time.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The bathroom shower appeared to need a good scrubbing around the corners of sliding door to shower and on shower floor. Overall it was clean.

Location is close to restaurants and shopping. It's well lit and plenty parking at hotel. It gives the home away from home atmosphere. The rooms are very spacious I was inpressed.Everything including staff was nice, friendly and helpful
The only complaint I have is that the pool wasn't ready and open yet. Didn't know that until we checked in. The bathrooms had hair on the floor but were clean overall

I was with a group of family and friends that booked rooms online and didn’t get what they booked and no accommodations were made to help fix the problem no manager available to speak to not even at checkout time and she never did a follow up call they had to call back to speak with her very unprofessional. The other staff was very nice

Comfortable bed. Very clean. Appears to be new carpet and furniture.
