Room was very clean and there was no smell. Close to highway. Close to many food options.

Being told AFTER I booked all of the facts that would have been helpful to know before I booked..... such as breakfast was just prepackaged items. I did not like having to walk back to the front desk at 10pm twice to fix the keycard so it opened our door to originally enter the room. I did not like the long wait at the desk to check in

I’ve reviewed this property recently, and commended them for their renovations in progress. Is it perfect? Not yet, but it’s a great value and the staff is very helpful. A word about location: hopefully they will get a sign at the road to let drivers know to turn in at the shell station and go through the big rig parking to their driveway.

This property is better than any other in the area. The new beds and fresh bedding are exceptionally comfy, the staff are always friendly, and the value keeps me coming back. The only downside for some is that the property is behind a gas station and truck parking, but it’s right off the highway, so convenient.

Close to interstate, easy pull off and check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Air conditioner was not on upon arrival, we turned it on assuming it would cool off but it never did, even on coldest setting. We were warm and uncomfortable all night. (we didn't try to change rooms because it would have been too much of a hassle but wished we had) Upon check out I did report the problem to the desk clerk.

The breakfast wasnt great but it was ok, and plentiful. Appreciate having the coffee available in the lobby. The employee at the desk was very friendly. We were headed to statesboro from atlanta and dropped by to check -in. It was a little before time, but she gave us our key and got us checked in so we wouldn't have to worry about it when we returned late that night. The beds were comfortable, and the room well insulated. We did not hear any outside noises during the night, which is surprising being that close to I-16 and other businesses.

The only thing is the road/driveway in. Had to circle and wind our way out of there. No big deal

breakfast was fair personally I would rather fresh fruit over the fruit cup and being able to choose my muffin or danish flavor instead of 'pot luck'

no in room microwave???? the phone in the room didn't work a bit of a nuisance....my toilet got clogged and the plunger I received had a broken handle, a bit of an inconvenience

The hotel and the room lived up to my expectations. Because of the construction at the gas station it was a little difficulty finding my way in. Waze was totally confused. Both of the people that I dealt with behind the desk were helpful, satisfied my request for a 1st floor room.

The only issue I had probably more to do with me than with the staff. I asked what they thought about a BBQ place that I saw on the way in. She recommended one that she liked more so I went there and ordered brisket. Now, I'd lived several years in Texas and favor that style of BBQ where the brisket is thick and juicy. This was the opposite. Maybe it's the Carolina style (which I know is very different) but I could only get through half of it. The fried okra was good through. Again this in no way reflects on the property or staff, but that was the only thing that could have been better.

Decent and nice for the location staff was very helpful with the check in I arrived early and staff did was possible to accommodate me and my family..

Nothing major the tv could’ve been bigger.. but for the price it wasn’t the big of a deal..

They are renovating, and it shows in the new furniture and bedding. It was clean and comfortable and the staff is helpful and friendly. It’s a great value.
