Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms and hotel was very clean! Will definitely only stay here again when in statesboro! Breakfast had great options too!

The area

I reserved a king prior to checking in and advised that it will be after midnight that I will be checking in but received 2 queens because the rooms was sold out but the queen beds which worked out fine since my daughter came along. Everything was good. The customer service at front desk needs to be better and a smile will go along way.

The staff was wonderful! They had great recommendations for restaurants and were very positive and upbeat considering they were just 24 hours post hurricane and flooding!

The only thing that was concerning was the elevator system. One of the elevators made a great deal of grinding noises, had a hard, then bouncing stop, and a longer-than-normal open time.

It was a good price and a nice room. Clean sheets and towels.

Seemed pretty clean until you looked too long. Dirty mirrors and stains on the walls. Housekeeping walked into our room while we were trying to sleep before our long drive home, 2 hours before check out.

The room needed some repair. Not as nice as the room I'd stayed in before--desk light wouldn't turn on and was missing its barrier wall. Light over sink was dark, tub floor cracked and shampoo had broken off the wall. Just stuff that needed to be repaired.

Really liked & enjoyed new items since last visit. Fritatas, sausage biscuits, English muffin with egg & cheese. Staff worked constantly refreshing hot foods & keeping the buffet area & dining room clean. Realty enjoyed my stay!

The room was very big and the breakfast was nice

No one in the front when we entered and we arrive after 3:00 and our room wasn't ready but they did upgrade to a room that was ready.

We just had a great stay! Everything was great! The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and even called us when our room was ready for check in! We will return in the future when we come to Statesboro!

Ice machine was out of order on the floor I stayed. Other hotels have a “scent”, and I did miss that aspect of hotel stay.

It was an awesome place to stay.

I didn't like that my booking information on June 29, 2024 was never confirmed and I had to pay twice and still wasn't refunded.
