The hotel and staff were very nice, except for the woman who checked us in.

The hotel was full of kids who pounded on doors, slammed doors and screamed all night. We could not sleep. Also, since we were driving 12 hours and knew we’d get there late, I called the night before and asked for a late checkout. I was told I had to wait to ask until we got there. When I did, the woman said all late check-outs had been granted and she had no authority to grant more, which was a lie, because when I told her I’d called the night before and was told I had to wait, she granted us an extra hour. Which we needed since we couldn’t sleep all night. It was a TERRIBLE stay.

When we first walked in, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I had a reservation for a king, but Angie found us a room with 2 beds! Yeah!! Based on all the activities that were going on, we were placed on a floor that offered a little more peace. The room had an updated modern look. Nice size refrigerator, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I did not get into the pool, but it was a nice place to relax once the sun started to set. Towels were available. A HOT breakfast was offered!! The location was close to restaurants, shopping, gas stations, and GSU.

I did not care for the carpet in the room. The room was updated, but there were no USB outlets. A little pricey.

Our room was a newly renovated. They did not change the electrical outlets . If you used their iron it worked and fit same with their hairdryer . But my hair straightener and hair dryer the plug kept falling out of the outlet. Seemed it was like that for the other rooms our other family stayed in also. We had a total of 4 rooms from our family . We all were on the same floor and we all said the same thing. The electrical outlets needed to be changed and updated. Everything else was fine.

Customer service was excellent the free breakfast the kitchen ladies was exceptional n helpful the price of the room was affordable the room was clean sizable in a great location where shopping n restaurants r good technology romantic kid friendly a pool safe environment

The room is a little outdated with the decor the carpets need replacement the dinning area chairs n table needs to b replaced very unstable broken n please add cheese to b served No activities n area r at the facility the 2 luggage carts either was broken r not to b found

The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is big, the WIFI works great and the location is good if you travel by car. The Walmart across the street is very convenient if you need something quickly.

The bathroom is a little bit outdated, but that's all. Everything in it is still functional and it's big enough.

The breakfast was the best compared to the numerous other hotels that I have stayed in. The staff that manages the breakfast was incredibly friendly and kind.

I was double charged for my room and I had to call when I got home. It’s frustrating that the night staff on 4/21/23 thought I needed to be double charged for a room that I had paid for through a 3rd party

The manager went above and beyond to help with an issue we had with house keeping. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Great location. Walking distance to several restaurants. Chipotle is literally right next door within arms reach. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was delicious! Great coffee! The room was nice and clean. Comfy beds. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff are the best I have observed in a long time. Very helpful and friendly.
