I appreciated the quiet of the room… especially since the location is sitting between a four lane highway and a trailer park… I appreciated the convenient location and easy access to restaurants and shops along the main boulevard.. I appreciated the motel’s close proximity to the University… I appreciated the room’s kitchenette (full size frig & two range stovetop)… and a comfortable table for two or more diners… I appreciated the free WiFI… I appreciated the ease of check-in… and Ken.. the proprietor… his kind, respectful professionalism… I appreciated the new trainee Ola… his warm smile and attitude… I appreciated the comfortable mattress… and a shower with a lot of hot water and good shower pressure… It’s a “Mom & Pop” Motel… NOT a 5 star HOTEL & RESORT… So… if a good night’s rest in a decent, clean space is what you need.. the STUDIO 6 can absolutely serve that purpose…

It’s a motel… so… yes… the bathroom could use a bit of sprucing up…. but… I didn’t find it unappealing… it’s what one may expect from an older property like a MOTEL 6…

Clerk continually asking me how many people per room, when I stated 2 to each room,kinda annoying,,but I guess he have a good reason for asking

The man and women who checked me in, I am pretty sure they were the owners, gave me information on the best place to park and how to find my room. I can tell they care about their property and do their very best to keep it maintained and clean.

Very polite staff and felt very safe with all the locations cameras.

Room had a urine smell at times. Water leaking from sink in kitchenette has caused mold buildup around faucet. Walls and doors need to be washed down as you can clearly see spots of "something" on walls and doors... Good place, but NEED a better housekeeping standard.

Nice rooms with King beds and the room was nice and cool after a hot day at work. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend staying here. They deserve Five stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The cleanliness, peaceful, setup in the rooms were great. I have stayed in many hotels that cost 100's more then this one that didnt offer the comfort and amenities.

Bed was soft. Room was clean. Area was quiet.

Wished it had had an actual bath tub not just a shower stall but it's whatever. It was a really big shower though.

Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and friendly staff.
