Good location, decent breakfast bar. Quiet after 10pm. I had a room on the ground floor with barrier-free bathroom because available. Loved it. - They have an outdoor pool and a decent fitness studio with sufficient space for floor workout and with yoga mats. NOT busy in the AM! The AC has an in-room remote control, that was nice to turn it off overnight.

My room had no central light switch nor one big light but MANY individual light sources.

The location was perfect! Loved that you could walk to local shops and restaurants.

The breakfast looked amazing but unfortunately I am gluten free and vegan and there were not many options for me. I enjoyed the fresh fruit and the instant oatmeal. They did have almond milk but the cereals were not gluten free. The hot buffet could be healthier,the home fries could have been gluten free and vegan if made without cheese.

The staff from the front desk, cooks, housekeeping & maintaince was simply put excellent! Everyone was friendly & more than willing to help if needed. The breakfast variety was top notch, the breakfast hours & amount of breakfast items available was great! Everyone in my family was able to eat items that they would normally eat at home. The hotel & our room itself was clean & comfortable. The pool hours was great we was able to go out & do our planed activities for that weekend & still come back & swim in the pool. Our housekeeper Mary I could write a book about her & her kindness with addressing my family's needs. The hotel was quite even though there was other family's there with small children. We was not disturbed in any way.

Nothing everything about our stay was perfect!

Loved Location, how clean it was, those 2 are my most important things to me oooh as well as good rate. I will absolutely stay here again as I have 2 kids at Ga Southern.

The price was outrageous. I stayed in March for $370 a FRI/SAT night. This past weekend was $690 Now front staff at NIGHT could be a little more friendlier and acknowledge people when they come in, both nights the night time staff was blah.

I had asked for housekeeping to change our bedding when they came to clean due to an accident, and the bedding was not changed. It was not a bad accident so I did not complain about it but just wished they had been changed. I also called the hotel prior to my stay, and talked to a lady who was nice, I told her that I actually had my dates wrong for the hotel and asked if I could come a day earlier, she told me I could and that everything was okay for me to come a day early ! once I got to the hotel they told me that I wasn’t booked till the next day and that there was nothing on file about me coming a day earlier! luckily the man who helped me was every nice and helped me get a open room.

Very clean

The check in receptionist took forever to find my reservation. I had to go grab my phone and show her the confirmation number. She also gave me a handicapped room with a king bed but I reserved a room with two beds instead. The check out receptionist was great though.

I loved how kind and attentive both women were at desk services. They both had great customer service skills and can take a rush of people on like pros. Great employees!!!

I didn’t like that the elevator next to the pool is always wet and smells like chlorine but it’s inevitable since ppl have it use it to go back. But other than that everything was great.

The location was convenient to get to the hospital. The breakfast is always delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are consistent as we've come here for several years now to visit family. We will pay a little more because of the quality service.

It was clean and comfortable

It was only 30 minutes before check in and the front desk lady acted as if she didn’t know if ANY rooms were ready. I also hate how the my double the price when GSU having an event. I pay $220 a night whenever I come and right before and after the college even the price is almost half that.

The room size was great. The pillows were very comfortable. We like the fact there are black out curtains as well as shaded ones that still let light in but cant see in. The breakfast downstairs each morning was better than expected for a free hotel breakfast.

The bed was a little harder than preferred. would like to see maybe a few more channels on tv to choose from.
