The best thing about this hotel was the simple fact that the room was clean, the staff was helpful and were professional when faced with difficulties during my check in.

The only thing I didn't like was there was only an entrance on the front of the building so if u park in the back u will have to walk all thw way around the building. It's really not that big of a deal but its still aggravating when all other hotels I've stayed at have had an entrance on all sides or at the very least the front and back.

We were surprised at how large our room was. We could have easily fit another bed in the room (we had two queens). The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Easy to check in and quick process. Parking was in the back but well lit and it felt very safe. I usually don't sleep well when I'm away and I slept VERY well! Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet.

We had some issues with the 'electronic' blinds. The instructions that were provided did not correlate with how to actually operate the remotes (there were two remotes, one for each blind).

The front desk guy was great! We talked a bit as I have never been that way and I asked about grabbing some late night food if possible. He gave me a few options of places to go get food. It was late when I checked in and he made it go by real quick. The places he recommended was great! I found a place to go get food. Checking out was easy and the breakfast was delicious!

I liked the location and comfortable beds. Easy check in. Rooms were clean .

Interior doors are heavy and anytime someone closes a door it slams shut. When housekeeping was cleaning on our hall it sounded brutal. TV has volume level set so you can't go too high. The only issue is the max level is so low that when the air conditioning unit is on you can't hear anything at all.

Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Very helpful.

Initially, my room was not very not very clean, but they did have staff come back in and revisit and resolve the problem. If the staff could just make sure the rooms are clean initially no weird smells the carpet needs to probably be removed and just go forward with floors, I think this hotel will be top-notch

We had traveled all day. Weather was bad. Hotel was close to where we ate and looked like a good place to stay.

When we booked the hotel it stated free continental breakfast. The buffet requires a voucher to eat. So we asked the front desk associate for the vouchers. We ate and I checked out at front desk and got a printed company of my bill. When I looked at my bank account it was charged 20.00 more than my printed receipt. Not sure what the extra charge was for unless it was the breakfast that was supposed to be free??

Room was CLEAN!! Front desk help were all AWESOME!! They were friendly, patient, caring and genuinely concerned about our stay at Holiday Inn.

Nothing. The shower head leaked and when we told the young lady at the front desk, she was glad we let her know and said it would be taken care of quickly.

Did not try breakfast.

The hotel was excellent, but our toilet ran and wouldn't flush. Had to get maintenance up several times to fix and we had to fix a few times. Upon checking out, I told the front desk and she did not seem to care. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. That upset me.

We evacuated to this hotel during hurricane Milton. The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered a variety of breakfast foods. We were very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

We had just had an awful experience in another chain of hotels and were traumatized when we arrived. Tge Holiday Inn was absolutely perfect and we were relieved to be in a clean, safe, well managed facility with great customer service. Highly recommend!
