The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dad who could not climb stairs when we realized there are no elevators. They found level one room. We also had several parties staying there for a family reunion nearby and they allowed us to use the breakfast room Saturday night to gather and play games for several hours. Great staff!!

Wish they had elevators and a bigger pool. We weren’t able to use because of do many people.

The staff that we had interaction with were very helpful and friendly. Also, I have a family member who stayed with us that is special needs. We did not know going upstairs was going to be an issue, but Mrs. Patel the owner changed our room and did not charge us the difference between the two rooms. We were very thankful and we will stay there again, we try to make 2 to 3 trips a year to see family. The price of our original room was affordable also.

My room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable I enjoyed being able to take a bath. One of my priorities is being able to park in front of my room

The fine print said the pool was open starting April 19. I was there on April 23 and it was still closed. It would have been nice that day was very hot

For the price, the breakfast was quite good. There was a decent selection. The breakfast area was c;lean and convenient.

The work our room was not available and my son was very much looking forward to using it. The lighting in the sink area was very poor. The addition of a wall mounted make up mirror would be good.

Location was a little hard to find, did not see a sign out by the Hwy, but recognized it behind the Huddle House. Very clean and the staff was courteous and friendly.

The overall cleanliness of the entire facility (lobby, breakfast area and our room) ranks as #1 .. and the super friendly staff is #2 …. +++ parking close to door, good breakfast selection, super comfortable beds and nice quiet location … all in all everything was clean! fresh! and inviting! Thanks for an amazing stay !

couldn’t find a thing !

The front desk clerk at check-in on Friday night was very patient and helpful. She communicated well with us, as we battled traffic on our way down. Made sure that we got in safely, and also accommodated our last minute room changes. We loved meeting her. Would definitely come back, just for her.

Bar soap left in the bathroom. Not enough towels in our bathroom. Had to call down to desk twice Saturday morning for towels for our family. Front desk clerk wasn't too friendly.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean

Nothing to do with the hotel but getting woke up at 5 in the morning with someone beating on the next door neighbors room and having to call the law because they was threatening to destroy vehicles was not cool

Can’t say I didn’t like it. Only gripe would be that it was a little dated in some areas, but most areas was updated and very clean. Could work on small things like updating the tv. But CLEAN

Great location! The bed and pillows was very comfortable. The price was a good deal too! They served a great breakfast in the mornings and we enjoyed that to get our day started.
