Clean, comfortable, nice staff. Food buffet was good.

Access to the beach was challenging, the portion of beach you have access to is not great. In Booking.com we were showed pictures of apartments they own, not the actual rooms we rented.

We really enjoyed our stat, and the all you can eat buffet for breakfast was amazing ! Staff were brilliant!

Do not book rooms with a sea view if you don’t want to sleep after 11 pm. You can hear the DJs speaking through the PA, and the music is blaring. We had to swap rooms to the other side of the hotel, facing the car park, to find some peace! The hotel was generous enough to offer the all-inclusive package with included lunch and dinner to compensate for the difference in price and inconvenience of moving rooms! Also, you’ll need a car or use public transport to get around because there’s not much nearby. oh btw.. lots of mosquito, and bees! yes you will get bitten by mosquitoes!

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. It was recently renovated and everything was brand new, true to the pictures uploaded and very clean. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious and we enjoyed the pool, the gym and basketball court. Well located near the beach. Will be coming back in August! Totally recommend it!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area — spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The snack bar was also a great touch, offering tasty options throughout the day. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of food at the main restaurant as well. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome.

Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. There were just a few small things that could be improved. The parking area was quite limited, which can be a bit inconvenient when traveling with your own car. It would also be nice if beach towels were included in the all-inclusive package instead of requiring an extra fee. Aside from that, everything was fine — we liked the atmosphere and had a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Iolida Corfu Resort & Spa by Smile Hotels. The hotel was impeccably clean and offered a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and meet our every request. The food was another highlight, with delicious options that exceeded our expectations.

The only downside was the lack of an on-site beach; the nearest one was a bit far to walk to, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend it for anyone looking for a serene getaway with great service and food!

The balcony view on the pool and the sea was very good, the staff were very kind, the room was very clean and comfortable, there's basketball field, the pool was very good.

The hotel is very nice looking - seems very new and the rooms are extremely clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The staff has always been polite, accommodating and with a smile. The housekeeping is very thorough and we really appreciated always having water bottles left for us. All the facilities are in great condition and it was very nice to have the pool which is clean and easy to access from the main section of the hotel. There were always sunbeds available for us. The lifeguard was also very polite and was very dedicated to his job, shared tips and recommendations. We took the all inclusive package and it was definitely worth it, as there was a great variety of drinks, the food was amazing with a lot of options for both dinner and breakfast. The snack bar was well stocked and had a different main dish each day. In the evenings there is a very nice rooftop area where you have an amazing view. We took a bus to Corfu town, it was very easy to do so as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. In addition you could buy the bus tickets from the hotel shop (cheaper than on the bus). Even the taxi driver they booked for us for the ride from and to airport was excellent, very welcoming and driving safely. Overall this is an excellent value for the price. The beach was not far, a 10 min walk. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The hotel guests are a mixture of families and couples. If we are to visit again we will definitely be staying here.

We just have one recommendation, which is to have the entrainment program printed out and given when checking in - with description and time & date. We discovered very late that there is a whole stage and music area for example. While the animators spoke English and French and often went the extra mile to ask everyone if they want to participate, we were very late to figure out that there is some entrainment happening if we missed when they were doing rounds. A map of facilities would also be handy to receive when checking in just so you have a grasp of what all is there.

The hotel was amazing, drinks are served in glass or very nice plastic glasses which look fancy. We've got a very nice bug room. The service was amazing, everyone was very helpful. Also, the taxi reservation was very smooth. I sincerely recommend this hotel.

The beach nearby is with stones and the area is very small, because the rest belongs to the hotels by the sea. However, the views are amazing, and if you rent a car you can enjoy some nice beaches in the island. Another thing is that in the evenings there was a very bad smell when chilling on the balcony. However, it's nothing that was disturbing our holidays.

- The hotel was amazing, modern with a relaxing and big pool. My son enjoyed it a lot. We always found sun beds. The pool was great and the music around the pool was not too loud. - We've got a spacious and modern room, with confortable beds, quiet AC and the vue from the balcony was fantastic ! - Good housekeaping, everything is spotless in the room and in the hotel. Everyday the towels are changed and they provided us bottles of water in the room. - The huge variety of the food at the breakfast, at the dinner ...definitely something for everyone... The food was delicious. - The location is great, in front of the hotel it is a bus station who takes you in Corfu Old Town. Even without a car it is easy to travel. - The beach nearby is with stones but the water was warm, clean, great ! We loved that area of the beach without sunbeds (it is a small area, the most beach is with sunbedss of the hotels near). (Maybe the beach is no so spectacular like other beaches from the island but the views were amazing and it is no so many peoples after 6 p.m... - The staff were great: friendly, helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable, especialy Elena and Kiki and I haven't enough words to thank you: "because of you", our holiday was the best, we had time of our lives !

The highlight of our stay was our room - double with the view on the mountains above the restaurant. Very modern and spacious. The view was like a painting on the wall. Excellent design. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and a salad bar at lunch were great.

All inclusive was on a budget side - limited choice at dinner. No ice machine anywhere - you had to go to the bar to ask for some. No still water available in the pool buffet section - you need to queue at the bar to ask for some. Barmen were not friendly at all and especially in the last hour of all inclusive - were literally throwing drinks at you in a plastic cups instead of normal ones. We were missing towels in the room after cleaning. The location is not great for the beach - you need to walk to the other end of the town for a normal beach. Not enough sunbeds at the pool. Not good for the price we paid.
