We were knackered when arriving at the hotel, nipped up our room, showered, then had a lunch at the hotel, a few cold cervesas were sampled, then decided to go for a siesta. 15 hours later we woke up so the beds are marvelous. In the morning we seen we had a balcony with table and chairs and a great view of the plaza major. Doh! Breakfast at the hotel was great I'd recommend scrambled egg with serano ham, coffee excellent. Also room 302 highly recommended. Wouldn't hesitate in going back.

Our second visit this year and we would definitely go back again. The hotel has a stunning location in the main square ‘Plaza Major’ in Albox within very easy reach of all of the Town’s facilities, The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel bar provides food and drinks from 06.00an until late. Great value for money and wonderfully traditionally Spanish.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, if you need to stay in Albox. The room was clean and spacious and we had a little balcony. The restaurant underneath is always very busy and great value. There's a nice space to sit outside in the plaza too.

The servers behind the bar seem to prioritise locals, we struggled to get seen to every time we tried to order something!

Love this little hotel, have stayed on a few times. Love the staff, the room and the location. It is an old fashioned hotel, but with all the facilities you need and is very clean. The hotel food is wonderful and freshly made, the staff are friendly and away's happy to help with your Spanish !

All clean,very nice staff,went beyond to make sure we are happy. Facilities great,location amazing.Food in restaurant and staff fantastic.We couldn't speak Spanish but they made sure we have what we wanted/needed.Would love to come back and meet all this lovely people again. Stayed only 3 days but so many memories.

Nothing not to like.

Location was beautiful right in The Plaza Major. The Hotel to us was far beyond a 1 Star, we were very pleasantly surprised. Room was great and we had balcony with table and chairs which were very welcome. Staff were very accomodatating and even allowed us to have a delayed check out time. Restauant and tapas were good quality and no need to go looking for food. All in all I would give them 4 Stars.

There was nothing we did not like, bed was a little firm for me but I had taken a sun bed cushion so that was fine for me.

Nice local hotel and bar/restaurant in excellent situation in the newly pedestrianized plaza in Albox. Staff friendly and helpful, food excellent and reasonably priced. Adequate on-street parking nearby if travelling by car. Well supported by local customers - always a good sign. Would certainly stay here again.

We booked a room with either a double or twin singles and requested a double. We were give a room with three large single beds in it, leaving virtually no space to move around. Not a comfortable room.

Staff, location, ambiance all superb.

No notification about the road and square being blocked off and having to find alternative access and parking to the hotel it looks like this has been in place for some time!!!

Great value for the money, second time I have stayed there for a charity function. The meal provided for the function was excellent, the staff where highly trained for the task, getting 120 meals out on time was to be applauded. My room was spotlessly clean and nice comfy bed. Would definitely recommend a stay at The Parrilla.

Everything from my arrival to departure was excellent.

Great location on the square in Albox. The bar/restaurant was really good, used by a lot of locals as well as visitors. The price of food and drinks was very reasonable. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights in a room with a lovely terrace overlooking the square.
