I am satisfied, indeed; this is in the hotel benefit: the bed was too hard for me, there are mattress topper that can help for that without buying another mattress. The Booking platform showed the reservation had breakfast included but the hotel did not receive that requirement; it may have been just me, but I recommend confirming if other customers ran into the same issue to make the necessary corrections. Thank you!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, they even changed us to a bigger room when we requested two tables to work. Also, while it's a bit far from downtown, the location is really good, with some restaurants and a mall nearby.

On Mondays the restaurant is closed so the included breakfast is way worse than the normal one, which is not that good itself. I wouldn't recommend staying with included breakfast, as there are restaurants, a mall and minimarkets nearby.

Top service. Our flight got a little earlier, and they allowed us to store our bags in the unit without any issues. We had rented a car and were able to park in the underground garage without any extra fees. This was a great find.

It’s missing a taller rack/perch to hang clothes. We went for a graduation and had to hang coats, dresses and trousers from the door so they didn’t get wrinkled.

Good AC, decent internet, close to taquerias open late and farmacia, pretty furnishings, good price, good laundry service

Well designed rooms also from a practical point of view. Rooms on the back were quiet and have great size. Great to be able to park the car in the underneath, at night closed garage.

One architectural mistake: the cooking sents from the kitchen, use the same ventilation system as the bathrooms in the rooms. So not nice to smell the food odors in your bathroom. Possibility of yoghurt at breakfeast would be nice.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was exceptional, the room and overall hotel was beautiful. We loved it.

Sound really travels! Luckily there were no noisy people, but even a normal conversation in the next room was clearly audible.
