Rather upmarket and large resort right on the beach, mostly catering for the Thai market. Nice leafy aspect and recently renovated. Try the beachfront cafe for lunch or dinner : breakfast spread in the hotel pretty good(but limited western choice). Large rooms and hard beds that were well above the average standard. Well situated for the handful of local shops and resteraunts.

Nit picky stuff: the car park was too small: lighting in the rather spartan bathroom frustrating. It's expensive compared to the local competition but was still good value overall, mainly because of the beach proximity.

Staffs were very nice, spacious room, few steps away from clean nice beach, quiet and comfortable, very relaxing ambiance. Overall we had a perfect stay.

No food panda or food delivery, nearest 7/11 is 2.2 km away, restaurants near the beach doesn't open until late afternoon, it's not that we don't like it, this is just for info ☺️ nana beach has their own beachfront restaurant and it's open at 12 noon. Wifi and smart tv works perfectly fine except during few power outage that lasts maybe around or less than 2 minutes, everything will be reset. We don't mind, we have our own data. Hot water is limited, the heater will turn off automatically after certain period of time and then you have to press reset button again but we don't have a problem with it, just an FYI for those who wants to know all the small details.

More like a resort than a hotel. Very modern and clean rooms and facilities. Nice pool looking out to the ocean. Very good breakfast served in a huge dining area. Just across the road from a very beautiful beach. Some small local eateries close by, just a short walk down by the beach. Plenty of parking.

Cosy small new renovated apparent. Very nice resort. Nice pool and close to nice beach.

Bathrooms not renovated and a little run down. Garbage on the beach even right at the restaurant. Garbage in the back and left over from construction work. Pool area and pool could have been cleaner. Room cleaning not 100%. Balcony door not working properly and always made loud noise.

Spacious family bungalow - the bathroom is huge! A decent size, nice swimming pool. Sufficient car park. Great buffet breakfast.

Noisy dog fights on the first of our 3 night stay. There must have been some complaints as not heard more since. The big bathroom could have one or two more towel hangers.

Breakfast was OK with plenty of Thai choices and eggs and ham. The coffee was very bitter filter style and wasn't very nice. Near to beach Room light, airy, clean and decor Ok by Thai standards Great pool Plenty of small restaurants around

Pool table is available but poorly lit and the pool cues had no tips. The staff refunded the fee. Seems like a minor problem and that the hotel could improve this to keep visitors on site and spending at their own bar. Everything else great

Lovely room in the main hotel part, stayed 4 yrs ago, still great rooms. The lady who looks after the 4th floor was excellent, very attentive.

The mattress was exceptionally hard, although everyone's different on that. The lady got us a topper to go on which helped. Only issue we had.

The breakfast woukd be greatly improved by having someone cooking fresh omelets, the hot dishes were luke warm at best.

To be given better directions to where our rooms were. We drive around went back to reception and were finally pointed to our bungalows. So we had to carry our bags 100m+, no bag service which for 2500b a night, I would expect.

Nice big room with very comfortable bed and sofa. Nice wardrobe and desk area. Fridge and kettle useful. Nice pool and area, overlooking sea which is nice. Breakfast decent selection. The beach is really nice and strip of local restaurants nearby. Their restaurant in nice location but food was only ok for the money.

Needed a drying rack in room for towels, clothes etc. Only 1 chair on balcony when room for 2. Bathroom very old and outdated. Functional but have had a lot nicer in the 500 baht a night places we have visited. Nice place but very expensive and not sure worth the money compared to other places there.

There has been a refurb since I last stayed, excellent value for money. Location, seconds from beach. Staff always helpful, helped me source a local garage to replace brakes on a family members motorbike.
