Easy to get to and find. Clean, functional. Breakfast was ok… cold eggs and sausages, the same every morning. It felt very ‘economic’.

It was very sterile. The air conditioning was very loud. There was NO WATER BOILING facility in the room. No access to hot water anywhere except at the free breakfast until 10am. Shower was lukewarm, which I only discovered how to get it from cold in Day 2. No instruction. Staff were always on the desk but some made little effort to engage as you came and went. Others were amazing. Wifi was fast enough but if you didn’t use it for a few minutes you’d have to log back in.

I pretty much like about the cleanness and facilities. And of course to the housekeepers who gave service to our room daily and thanks to them .

Firstly, I got a bit disappointed by the person who in reception on building B, because whenever we ask for something their response never cool. And I feel like the room is a bit small than usual and we had a hard time placing our bags.

The cleanliness, the affordable price, the breakfast, comfy, free WiFi. The staffs were really nice and breakfast is good for the price. The pay at arrival. Clean bathroom.

Nothing, although they only had one roll of tissue and 3 towels, that we can request any time.

The room on the 6th floor was very very noisy with noise that appeared to come from possible water tanks stored maybe on the roof. I had a very restless night's sleep! Such a pity as I really enjoyed the room.

Very comfortable, clean, large rooms with ensuite. Ok breakfast, eggs, sausage, lettuce, toast, soup and hot drinks. Positioned a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Similar distance to all the shops, 15- 20 to the market. If you have a car excellent big car parking area.

Reception unable to advise on onward travel due to language barrier. Although probably my fault as I don't speak any Thai.

I like how nice and clean this hotel is. It is not far from the airport and bus terminal. The 7Eleven is just the opposite of it. The staff are very charming and always keen to help. I saw several parking spots.

I am absolutely bored of repetitive breakfast options after living for five days. The rooms are a bit tight. I did not see a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

Everything was fine but next time have a card reader so that foreigners can just tap their phones on the card reader without using their physical ATM/visa cards

Breakfast was basic but suffice, eggs , Thai soup plus bread and condiments plus coffee. All that is really needed and more than I would have expected for the price of the room

Room was a bit small and the Tv only had Thai channels. There wasnt much around if you didnt have a car

Good location, easy to find. Clean. helpful staff. "minimilist' room furntiure - like this is a room to sleep in thats all. OK if you are passing through

breakfast is poor, very poor. rice porrige was watery and they did not have full range of condiments (ginger, chilli, garlic, onion, etc) other choice was cold fried egg, cold boiled veg and cold processed sausage. Not good

Hop Inn is generally top with a very comfortable bed. In Mae Sot they offer a simple breakfast included in the rate. It is simply perfect and u can get it from 0600. I consider this hotel one of the best value deals I have stayed in Thailand. I would always come back here! Staff are very kind too.
