We didn't eat breakfast here, but it smelled pretty good. The hotel is very close to iHop and also the Country Cafe, which were both good. The room was comfortable. Fridge was cold. Hot shower water. Check in/out were a breeze. Friendly and helpful staff, both on the phone and in person.

It seems only one elevator was working, so, wait time was a little long at times.

The hotel was conveniently located off I-30. The lobby was inviting, breakfast good and staff friendly. Great value. Forgot clothes in closet and received call from Mariza who made arrangements to ship. That was really kind!

The elevator was extremely slow and seemed to be “shifting gears” as it was moving between floors. Not a comfortable feeling!

Employees were great, especially the gentleman at the front desk at check-in, who was friendly, professional, helpful. The lobby and breakfast areas were clean and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable, and we were quite pleased with the accommodations.

After a long drive, we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and were disappointed it wasn't working - definitely a minor issue.

Spacious and well appointed room, and well maintained. Good lighting. Comfortable bed and good selection of pillows. Quiet location. Dog friendly hotel.

Charged a per night pet fee. Also, the elevator had worrisome noises and vibrations in operation, but desk clerk said nothing to worry about (but my wife didn't agree!)

The breakfast was good. The attendant did a good job of keeping plenty of food available and the area clean. Need more fruit though.

On the outside this hotel looked fairly new however on the inside it was obvious it was older. Many things, both in the public areas and in the room need repair or replacing. One elevator was out of order the 2 days I was there. Had to walk down the stairwell once from 4th floor as the working one was not working properly.

The parking was good, the Check in and Out was Easy, breakfast was very nice! We did not have time to use the pool, but not due to anything this property could change. We got in very late and were so happy to be treated with a smiling face. Nice location right off the freeway exit!

Nothing about it that we didn't like

We loved our room. I was happy that I chose the suite because it was spacious enough for a family of 5. The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good and there were a variety of options to choose from. My daughter loved that the waffles were Texas shaped. Parking was free and conveniently located by some restaurants and the interstate.

The pool was closed for renovations and we were not told this before our stay. My daughter was very disappointed. Other than this, that is my only complaint.

The price was good. The provided breakfast was good as well. The night clerk when we checked in was excellent!

There was an ant infestation in the living room portion of our suite - not huge but definitely annoying. The lighting could be improved, but I loved the lamp by the chair next to the beds.

I love that it is right off the freeway! It a great facility with access to so much in the area. Right off the main road in Mount Pleasant. a straight shot down to Pittsburg and the out-lying towns. The rooms are super quiet and check-in is super easy.

There really is nothing I didn't like. There is limited parking and a dirt lot across the street from the hotel. Even more limited on Handicapped spots. However, there is nothing to complain about at this location.

It was clean, breakfast was great, was not to badly priced

We needed an extra crib as we were traveling with 3 kids under 2. On the site it say we can get 2 cribs but they only had one. Made it a little harder to handle but still overall a great stay
