I have one complaint. Though the stay, facilities, food quality, staff behaviour everything was very great and I appreciate the same. I feel I have been cheated because though when I checked in I am told at the reception that I will be entitled for two bottles of braverares as part of my package only 2 days I was given 2 cans of bear. That too when I asked for it. I don’t understand when this was included in my package why I had to ask for it. And why only 2 days I am provided this?

Don’t mention any wrong entitlement on online portal if you can not provide the same. Now I will think twice for accepting such bookings,

The best part was the size of the room. It was extremely comfortable. The property is modern and well kept. The pool area is spectacular - perfect for a sunset dip followed by some beers. Being on the better fringe of the city, it skips the hustle & bustle and is still close enough for easy access.

- The F&B pricing is non-sensical. The cheapest pint of beer takes you back Rs. 700 + taxes; to put it in context, the same pint costs Rs. 120 in the open market and ~Rs. 300 at most hotels. The food is priced in an equally atrocious manner. - The washroom next to the pool was quite unclean.

V nice property and the suite was Excellent. Staff is very courteous. Special mention and thanks to Muskaan, Sudarshan who were at the reception. Also, people helped us bring the luggage to our room were very nice thanks to them too. Food is good in terms of taste quality and presentation. The person who took our in room dining order was very active & guided us well while placing the order. Roghan Josh Mutton was just superb. Keep it up guys, as promised to Muskaan and Sudarshan we shall come back for another exciting and comfortable stay. Thank you so much … Aashish

Nice and spacious room, good breakfast spread. Front door security and baggage handling staff were very helpful and courteous.

One of the lady staff at the front desk kept pestering about giving the review while checking out, and insisted we do it right there. As I opened my phone, she even kept looking at what I was writing. It was annoying and uncomfortable.

They have all the amenities and facilities for a comfortable stay. They lawn view is very nice. Loved the brand of shampoo and body wash they offer.

The staffs were rude. The security said we had a knife in our suitcase and needed to open? When we asked what exactly did they see they couldn't explain. The housekeeping staffs are very slow. The location is isolated.

Blue salt restaurant met my expectations for quality food and professional service. The decoration and live music was added bonus. Live counter for dosa etc was superb. Check in and check out was very rapid and early check in was granted by hotel. Housekeeping did a great job and hotel premises was quite clean.

Small details like tissue box was missing in the room. Limited options in the menu and I felt the food was bit over priced while the taste was good. Overall in the room price the breakfast should have been complimentary. The breakfast rate was also very high and didn't make sense

Room cleaning, especially the commitment of Ravi. The Independence Day event for staff and guests, very good initiative. And finally, the goodbye cake.

Everything was excellent . The best part is they give 4 pints of beer per day per room and we had 3 rooms . Rest everything was excellent , the rooms are new and huge , the food was good , breakfast is good , swimming pool is huge . one of the best hotel i have ever stayed .
