as expected, a beautifully modern hotel with high standards of cleanliness, comfort and service. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great, the atmosphere was also ok.

Laundry service was slow... for which the hotel apologised... so - I can't really criticise too much as things occasionally go wrong. All in all an excellent hotel with lovely staff.

The hotel and JW Marriott were right next each other, can go to JW Marriott via the hotel lobby . Love the sense in the lobby; Great location, staff were very friendly , easy access to public transport, breakfast had lots of varieties of choice, loved the fruits - pineapple, water melons and rock melons were the best I had.

Swimming pool was clean and convenient. Location is perfect, well centered in the city and great view if on a higher floor.

Slippers in the room were too small and they did not offer alternative sizes

Everything was just so perfect, there is absolutely nothing that we didn't like about the property.

Love the scene of the lobby ; staff was friendly ; breakfast was superb, pineapple, water melon and rock melon were super sweet and fresh. Hotel right next to JW Marriott which is the bonus, I had seafood buffet over there.

People at front desk is nice and helpful. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is good, western style, Asian style, you can always find something to eat.

The shower area looks not so clean, probably needs to be renovated.

very friendly staffs, especially jenny and jessica - we couldn’t order food on our alipay app and they eventually helped me with it. Room is super, comfy bed with big bathroom.

Location is nice, you can reach all touristic spots by taxi, in-room service

You cannot use the swimming pool if you have no swimming cap, the hotel could provide reusable caps.

The room for executive did surprise me and it was a little below my expectations but it was comfortable and with all you'd expect in a normal room. The breakfast is great!! So much choice! Happy hour was good in the lounge but it is a bit small and felt very pushed to use and get out as there isn't room for everyone. Location is good and close to the west lake.

Room is clean, breakfast also nice, location near to mall. Front desk staffs are nice. One of them helped me to fix my laptop problem and give my the power cable. Thanks.
