We stayed at Falkensteiner and absolutely loved it. The hotel combines modern comfort with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. The facilities are excellent – from the outdoor pool, to the kids’ animation programs that kept our children entertained every day. The location is convenient, close to the beach and local attractions, while still providing a peaceful environment for rest. The food was outstanding – rich breakfast and dinner buffets with plenty of fresh and delicious choices. The staff were professional, kind, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. We would highly recommend Falkensteiner to families, couples, or anyone looking for both relaxation and fun. We will definitely come back

This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There’s plenty of amazing food and drinks, plenty of space around the pool, free parking, great staff, activities for everyone. Rooms smaller but had everything necessary, including A/C and a mini fridge. This was truly an exceptional relaxing stay for us (we actually prolonged our stay while there!)

A kettle would’ve been awesome but we had everything provided at the breakfast anyway.

Half board menu is almost exceptional. Good offer of food variations, pleasant and friendly stuff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Cleaning was on time and regular. Hotel is kids friendly with game room and separate children swimming pool. Decent gym in open.

Although this is not really bad thing, it’s good to have in mind that lots of children can be present with their parents. It would be nice if they would have dedicated space to train (gym) enclosed or protected from the rain.

The location was fantastic and very easy to find. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need. Fresh towels were provided daily for use at the beach or pool, which was a nice touch. The beach managed by the hotel was just a 5-minute walk away, and the staff there were incredibly polite and kind to us. It’s a small, charming beach where hotel guests can enjoy reserved seats and umbrellas. Additionally, there were convenient facilities like toilets and complimentary water available. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The only minor issue we encountered was a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom in our room, particularly in the mornings. This might have been specific to our room, as the bathrooms were otherwise clean.

The food was great the pool and bar is also nice. Drinks are also great and the location of the hotel was very convenient. Parking included, enough seating for dinner and breakfast so no queues, also well equipped for the sunbeds. Slide is a bonus. Rooms were cleaned nicely. Great that drinks are free during meals.

The rooms are tiny and lack of light. Better beach is a bit further away but easy to drive and park there. Could have more grown up activities too when the weather is not ideal. A few days of kids disco/entertainment was too noisy and for too long.

We spent there 2 nights, 4 people with two rooms. The breakfast and the dinner was great, huge selection, and they varied the offer every day, The drinks were also included, even the beer and wine. The swimming pool was also great. There were many sunbeds by the pool, there was enough for everyone. You didn't have to pay extra for parking. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Most of the staff was friendly. The wifi was stable and worked without problems even in the garden.

Although 2 rooms were reserved at least 2 months before arrival, upon arrival the receptionist could not find the second room in the system. The receptionist was arrogant, was looking for the second room in the system, then he/she disappeared for 10 minutes. Finally we got the room, but they were not next to each other. At least they were on the same floor. The room had no minibar and no balcony.

Lady Svjetlana who cleaned our room is excellent, she was very kind to us, explained everything what we wanted to know. With staff like her your service makes a difference. Food was great but pasta was overcooked every single day. :) Everything else is great, good value for money.

Air condition did not work properly, it was too hot in the room.

The hotel is very modern, with great rooms and good facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately we had a room on the first floor above the restaurant/kids area roof where the drain was a bit clogged which meant that rubbish and bones(?) were visible on the roof of the area below. It rained quite a bit so there was at least 5cm of water which did not drain properly. Furthermore the speakers of the disco in the evening were turned up a bit too loud for our liking so that we could hear it in the room with the doors shut but that could just be us!

A M A Z I N G service and facilities, everything clean and food is excellent, wide selection! A lot of activities for kids, animators and everything. Open gym close to pool, waterslide... Just WOW! :)

Only thing I didn't like is the shortness of our stay - wish we could stay longer hehe XD
