The comfort of the room and personnel were fantastic. The breakfast is "par excellence"!

The main road is too close so the noise in the room was... :(

Thanks to the staff for their kindness. The accommodation is set in a lovely pine forest and offers a very tranquil environment. The room was pleasant and the bed comfortable. The accommodation also has a nice small pool (however, criticism goes again to the guests – they drape towels over the loungers and leave them there for hours to reserve their spot).

I really missed having a fridge. Parking spaces should be assigned, numbered, and coordinated with the rooms. A major criticism, however, goes to the GUESTS, who behave at breakfast and dinner as if it were a matter of survival – pushing, unbearable noise, children running around and, sadly, leaving huge amounts of food on their plates because they take far too much, which then ends up in the bin. Please be more respectful and do not waste food.

The Breakfast was good., but the restaurant was a bit crowded after 08:30. The plenty of bakery products. The taste of the food was good. Rooms with AC was comfortable. The beach is close (back-way to up seem to be longer).

One or two more coffee machine would reduce the waiting time for the coffee (however the coffee/cappuccino was good so worth the waiting). In the good and chill mornings would be good to use the terrace for breakfast, not only the restaurant inner rooms.

The breakfast and dinner offerings were both exceptional. The staff provided consistently polite and courteous service. The hotel's proximity to amenities varies depending on room location, with some rooms closer to the dining area than others. Pre-season occupancy allowed convenient beach access by car; however, pedestrian access, particularly for families with young children or pregnant individuals, is challenging due to the return journey's difficulty. Overall, the hotel offers a positive experience with high-quality cuisine and excellent service. While beach access requires vehicular transport, the availability of a private pool mitigates this inconvenience.

The hotel was very clean and the atmosphere was elegant. You can drink fruit flavoured cold water for free at the reception. The snack bar offers pizza, pasta, pommes... etc which was great as we could get into the room only after 15:00 (as all the guests). The breakfast and the dinner was very rich and the employees really quick to get the empty dishes away and full the empty food-containers. Altough there were a lot of prople at the same time at dinner, there was no mess. The pool was also very neat and clean (it has been cleaned regurarly) and the water not too cold. We knew that the hotel is on a hill so it was not a suprise for us that we needed to walk a bit up from the sea. Near to the pavilons there is a shopping centre with Konsum, Müller... too which was pretty useful. Everything is near what is good for a family (Sea with eating possibilities, donkey farm ín Smrika, Aquarium ín Crikvenica, cave ín Biserujka, you can take boot tours and dotto train as well).

The room is air-conditioned, regular towel changes and trash bucket emptied by friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts and dinners – plenty of choice. The outside pool is large and well-maintained, with good-quality sun loungers for free.

The single beds that were supposed to make a double bed kept falling apart (I recommend putting the singles together or using a large fitted sheet to keep the mattresses together).

Everything was great! The rooms are nice, there are big beds and a lovely balcony. Food was delicious and there was variety of different food to choose for breakfast and dinner. We loved it cuz we could bring our husky with us and she enjoyed her stay very much :)

When you check in you get a paper with your room number and the time when you can go to diner. So diner is from 19:00 till 21:00 but you get specific time, for example 20:15. I didn’t like that cuz sometimes you’re hungry at 19:00, sometimes at 20:20, one day you want to be at the beach a little longer and you can easily miss your specific time. There are also a lot of stairs to and from the beach and it’s very uphill so maybe it’s not the best for family with babies and older people.

Parking lots. In front of pavilion parking is free, but there is not enough space, sometimes you need to park in green field or in the grass. It would be better to pay for parking but with enough parking place

This is network of buildings at the hill surrounded by the trees. Each building has approximately 20 apartment units. Reception and restaurant are its own building. I am surprised why this accommodation has such low grade. Apartment is modern and new, bathroom and bed are clean enough. Mine accommodation included breakfast and dinner. Food is in majority same each day but good enough, - don't expect top excellence. Pros: you have mini shopping mall and Lidl in nearby.

One cons is location. It is near the main regional road (you don't hear the vehicles) but path to the beach is steep. I needed about 20 min to reach appartment when going back. Tip: You can go to the beach by car and find some free parking spots to make your life easier. Another cons is Crikvenica center - which - if you go by foot - isn't that close (you do have some "night" life also at the beach main road).
