The staff was exceptionally friendly, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was well equipped, clean and neatly arranged, the hotel cozy, the breakfast satisfying. Overall an exceptionally good experience.

It was by no means the hotel's fault, but we definitely did not expect so many stairs to reach the beach.

Apartment was even bigger than it looked on the website, and was equipped essentially with more than what's usually needed (kettle, microwave, fridge, stove, etc.). And even if you miss something, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good, with lots of options. Location is really great if you're with family, as on one side it's very quiet but on another you have several restaurants/bars/shops withing walking distance. If you like parties, bars etc. - the Crikvenica center can be reached by foot following the road next to the beach. There are cars there, but due to the fact that it's only one way, it's relatively safe. The closest beach is very good and really close (you just need to walk down, max. 5 min without kids :)), it also has a beach bar and it's possible to rent sunbeds/umbrellas. Staff is very helpful, and you can get great advice and recommendations from them. They really make this place awesome. I would say they are the main differentiator and reason for my high ratings. The hotel has lot's of places to sit and relax, a pool and even a room for children to play if the weather is bad.

Very nice small hotel, our room was really nice with windows in bedroom and also barhroom, we had also balcony with window, there was plenty of space for our staff and also place to dry our wet clothes. Whole hotel was very clean, matraces were really comfortable! It was possible to park in garage for 15€/day or in front of the hotel for free. Swimming pool was very nice with comfortable water temperature, there were sunbeds and umbrellas around swimming pool. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

I would appreciate bigger variety of food for breakfast.

Very clean, good location, there is a decent restaurant just in 5 min by foot, the sea is really close, just nearly 50 steps down by stairs. Breakfast is ok (eggs, vegetables, ham, salami, cheese, jogurt, cereals, fruits, coffee, croissants etc). Super comfortable bed!

There was some kind of air conditioner in the room, however we didn't manage to make it working)

The staff was spectacular! You could tell it was important to them that you were happy staying there. The suite was very large with a lovely balcony. We were able to rent bikes to see the town. The town was lovely and not crowded. Would highly recommend.

Me and my family spent overall 5 days at the hotel. Hotel located just 150m away from the sea, and close to some restaurants. Our apartment met our requirements, and was totally enough for 6 person. There is a lift inside the bulding which is helpful. Jacuzzi, outdoor swimming pool and sauna also available at the hotel.

Would be a big advantage if there is an opportunity to take a dinner here. But that is not a serius problem because you cand find easily at least 3 restaurants in a walking distance.

The receptionist was lovely. She took us to our rooms and later came over to talk to us when we bought a drink at the bar. Her command of English was very good and we had a long and interesting conversation with her about many different things.

The staff were just fantastic! We had a wonderful time in the beautiful apartment, which had ac :) we were a very short walk from the beach and the lovely Kacjak islet, and also the Crkvenica waterfront (although we used the tourist train regularly). All of the staff were wonderful and treated us like family!

Leaving perhaps… I have no negatives, really. We would recommend this accommodation!

Breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel!
