The hotel is situated in the very center of Rijeka, close to all the tourist attractions. It is also close to the bus stop that takes you to the Rijeka airport. The communication by WhatsApp with the staff of the hotel was efficient and pleasant. The room is small but everything is very practical. It is modern and clean. The shower after a day of work and another one at the beach was appreciated. There is a bakery around the corner.

During the football championship season, it was a bit noisy because there is a bar on the square near the hotel. I had basic earplugs which helped

Quirky little room above a cafe square, wrought iron spiral staircase to access. The cafes are only coffee houses no food, so noise was to a minimum and evenings very quiet. Check in was easy, called in at the letting agents office and were shown to the room from there. The room had space for two suitcases comfortably, the large windowsills acting as ample storage space. TV had Netflix etc, no free to air tv, which worked well for us S we were ready for some vegging out time, especially as it poured rain all one afternoon. Cozy and comfortable stay.

Nothing the letting agents can control, but maybe a reminder to guests that they are sharing the space with others. We were in a unit at the entrance and other guests seemed to think it was acceptable to converge there and chat loudly and at length. Strange behaviour but it happened late at night and also in the early morning, by more than one group. Maybe a couple of house rules could be mentioned, saf to think it is necessary.

No desks in the rooms in case you need to get some work done (at least this could have been nice: https://www.ikea.com/be/en/p/braeda-laptop-support-black-60150176/ ), the single room is really tiny and there‘s noise from the ventilation during the night

The accommodation,was a lovely room.a good ample size,in a great location.surrounded by bars ,shops and cafés.

The room was well insulated from the outside,but we stayed in the middle floor room,and the person/people above was heard very clearly walking around.advise is to sound deaden the floor,also alittle tour climbing up the spiral staircase on the outside of the property with suitcases,but don't let that put you off.would have been to have a little fridge.

Great location! Very clean. Good wifi! I like how every room has a Netflix profile. Great staff who is very welcoming and communicates clearly.

The front door is a bit thin which allows noise from the corridor including the banging outside door. The bathroom door doesn't close very well which isn't pleasant with toilet visits. Also, I prefer to have a safe/locker in the room. These are just some details towards perfection :) the place is overall great!

The room has everything you need for a short stay in a real hear of Rijeka. Bed was very comfortable and the whole space was quite clean.

Noises-I have been woken up by people passing by my room. Also, I could hear very loud other guests in a room above me. I heard them walking, speaking, coughing... Only rain shower-almost impossible to take a shower properly without making your hair wet.

Very central location, in the middle of Old Town, close to all the best restaurants and bars and within walking distance of the bus station. The self check-in was easy and hassle free, the staff was super friendly and the place was just really cute. Every detail was thoughtful from the decor to the comfiness of the bed. Linen and towels were soft and smelling good, shower was modern and spacious and the big TV was a plus. Also loved the option to have a quick coffee/tea in the room before leaving. All of this for a very good value. All in all, couldn't recommend this enough.

The only down size of staying in an old building is that you hear noises when people walk around their room or go up and down the stairs. However, it was nothing major and nothing that an ear plug set wouldn't resolve though.

Location was perfect, felt very secure. Not even a bit of noise. Very clean, modern.

Endless stairs. I had the worst time dragging my luggage to the very top floor via the smallest stairs I’ve seen in my life. If only was I in the lower floor it would be much easier. Also, I didn’t like the shower, which is the rain-shower with only the head mounted on the ceiling making it impossible not to shower your hair, which is quite inconvenient.

Our family stayed in 2 rooms during our stay. The rooms were clean and simple. We enjoyed the added touch of a hot water pot in each room. The staff was very welcoming and kind.

I wasn’t initially aware that the reception/check in area is not the same area as where the rooms are. This was shared with me as my date got closer by email and What’s app. It worked out well and staff clearly shared information with us.

Check in and out was super uncomplicated! We had troubles finding the location at first, since the address at booking and the one in the messages were not the same, but with the helpful information it was no issue to find the place. It was extremely clean and in the center of Rijeka!

There was only a rain shower head, which flooded the entire bath room. Might need some adjustment. Otherwise great place!
