Nice hotel right by the sea. Good breakfast buffet and restaurant. Nice rooms with very good ventilation and cooling. The restaurant staff were attentive and helpful towards us as we were traveling with a baby.

It seems like there was water dripping below the toilet’s sink and that is were the clean towels were kept. They were all wet. It was unhygienic. It took some time both on check in and check out at reception. There is no parking at the hotel. We needed to take the car to nearby parking garage. The streets are one way and you need to drive circle around to get in and out.

Newly refurbished hotel that has very simple yet esthetically pretty and Scandinavian like lines and colors of the furniture. The bathroom is again simple but with just the right amount od space and options. Very comfortable bed and a nice teracce. Terrace door could use some renovation but thT is the only thing that I could find that could use improvement. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast is served in a very nice room overlooking the sea. Very well exposed food and variety, it could almost pass for a 4star. The location is very central and the beach is below the hotel. The price was very appealing. I would definitely reccomend it.

basic things are missing from the room: glasses to drink something, tissue, or for example a small fridge (the bar in the hotel is not really open, so if you want to drink something you need to buy, but you cannot keep it cool..). Our room (206) was the closest the reception, and you could hear everything what is happening there from 6:00-6:30 in the morning - so not chance to sleep longer.. The beach close to the hotel is ugly, full concrete everywhere - maybe someone likes it...

The hotel has excellent location, 2 mins walk from Opatija centrum and the beach as well. The hotel is newly refurbished and beautiful. The room was very spacious and had an amazing seaview - just like the pictures. They cleaned the room every morning! The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and has a great variety - although it is the same every day.

The receptionists English language skills are not so good. Same breakfast options every day. There is no direct way to the beach from the hotel - although there is a door on the sea level, it's just not open, so you have to take the stairs. It could be more convenient for the guests to open that door. Hotel Kristal's beach doesn't provide discount for sunbeds for Hotel Lungomare's guests, and there is a cold stream coming from under the hotel, therefore the sea is way colder than anywhere else. We went to another beach from the second day.

The hotel was easy to reach from the bus stop. It overlooks the sea, although my room looked over the main street and a corner of the sea. I really liked the breakfasts and meals. They were good, and also, sometimes solo travellers don't want to sit alone in a restaurant in the evening so I appreciated this aspect here. The hotel fittings are obviously new, of very good quality and signage and essential information is all well displayed. I would happily come back to this hotel and to Opatija - loved this little town and the Lungomare seaside promenade.

Nothing, actually. But I was here in shoulder season (September), so didn't experience the hotel or town overwhelmed by service requests.

The surrounding external perimeter and sidewalks were filthy and should be hosed down daily. I would have liked a restaurant or snack bar on premises; a soda / water vending machine, at the very least. The comforter was too small for my bed. It seemed child-size and didn't fit my bed comfortably. Also, complimentary beach lounges with umbrellas available for hotel guests would be an extremely gracious gesture. Daily early morning yoga classes should be offered seaside; the platform decking would be absolutely perfect!

Hotel Lungomare exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect—right on the Lungomare promenade and close to the city center. The hotel is spotless and recently refurbished, with cosy room, comfortable bed and beautiful sea views. The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you very much for hospitality! Highly recommended.

Responsive, friendly, pleasant, despite the fact that we arrived after 12 at night, we did not check in at first because there was no free parking, we went to look for another hotel, and believe me, there is something to compare it with. Here, even after our wanderings, we were welcomed and accommodated. We really liked it, I recommend it! We are in Croatia for the first time, and thanks to her, the impression is simple ❤️. I liked the apartments, number 501 - the view is great, the sea and half of Opatija. The air conditioner works at 200%. The bed is very comfortable, huge, the room also has 2 sofas that fold out and are the size of an airplane landing strip :) My children and I were accommodated like in a royal palace. There is a beach and a cute playground right next to the hotel. The beaches here are all made of concrete, but you can go into the sea on steps and not deep. Breakfast - well done, very tasty, a large selection for different tastes, buffet table. And we have breakfast with a view of the sea. Wait for us again!

Location is great. You can reach almost all important places with a 5 minutes walking. Breakfast and diner was good. You can find groceries, tobacco shop near to the hotel. If you an early waker person you can get a fresh coffee in the neighbour. The coffe bar opens at 07:00AM. The staff is very helpful and kind.

The hotel has no one parking lot. Parking is a pain in the city plus the parking fee is 170HRK/day. Hint: Use BMove app to pay your parking fees. There's a few parking services near to the hotel but all of them crowded so to find a free slot is a gambling. Most of the hotels pet friendly but that walking with your dog often awkward because of the.. you know.

The helpfulness of the staff. Ivana took a lot of time with me to help me map out a bus route to Budapest. The other receptionist people have been wonderful! I love the location, the view, the room!

What I didn’t like was how the sound traveled in my room through the walls. I could hear people talking loudly even though their doors to the terraces were closed and so is mine. I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from either below or next to me. That was very annoying! So the room was not quiet
