Fantastic service, food and drinks. Great location and beaches in walking distance. Fantastic views. Overall, I loved the stay. Will definitely come back.

My room was not that amazing, but it was value for money. So i can't complain. Just report what I saw. The door in shower was not closing. There were stains on carpet and wall in the bedroom. They were clean, just stained (the carpet was deep cleaned and still wet when I arrived, which I appreciate). No balcony, orientation to noisy street. But the mattress and beddings were really comfy and got some really good sleep there anyway.

Denis and Edi at the beach bar were amazing, especially with our kids. Yoga instructor Korina helped us enjoy our stay as well! The hotel has its own beach. It is very close to the Opatija center. We will keep coming to this place.

Waiters in the breakfast/dinner area. A little bit of smiling and communication with the guests would make everybody's stay way more pleasant and enjoyable.

Everything! The sea view, food, location and wonderful stuff, the best staff in this hotel- kind, friendly and professional! The most capable person is the manager, Liljana. She’s very dedicated, responsible and pleasant person! A big compliment goes to the bar in this hotel. You’ll get there the most delicious coffee, coctails and homemade brandies with the best view. Thanks to guy Eddie ! An unforgettable experience. We’re coming back again soon !

I liked everything!

I have been travelling with my best friend for the past 4 years around the Croatian coast and this will go down as one of the best stays! After initial mix up with our room, Tanja (from the reception) managed to work her magic and give us a new room, and with a balcony with that! Her attitude, professionalism and warm approach made our stay that much more pleasant, safe to say that she is amazing! The entire staff has been nothing but incredible, from Filip at the bar, who made us the best and creamiest cappuccino every morning (I do miss it now!), to Josip form the bar and his best vibes, and Branka, the cleaning lady, (can't forget her) who gave us the friendliest smile every morning. Unfortunately, can't name everyone, however I think everyone would deserve a line here for sure! The staff is what makes a great stay, and this one was the friendliest, most positive and professional in their approach, and most importantly, their familial sense of working which made us appreciate them even more; it definitely felt like home. It truly was an experience and with all the people we met, it will be difficult to forget! We, for sure, should have booked a longer stay!

The hotel is located right on the water, so no need to cross the street for a swim or a stroll on the seaside walking paths. It is worth booking an ocean view room as the vista from the balconies is exceptional. We loved our stay and will book again the next time we are in Opetija.

Our room was located in the older part of the hotel complex where the bathrooms (at least in the room we stayed in) are very compact. They are functional but will be a challenge for bigger people.

Very surprised by this hotel with a very good price for the location. We’ve been upgraded to a superior room which we really appreciated! The superiors rooms are very nice, with a perfect view and a balcony on the sea. It was very clean. Breakfast was perfectly fine. Swimming pool is also appreciable although they could open the shutters.

Nothing really. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room but this is just a detail.

The hotel and the staff was excellent! We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in Opatia. The breakfast and the dinner was delicious and hearty! The bar's prices are fair. You can rent bicycles. They offer free activity programs for the guests! The room was comfortable and clean. Even you may ask for room cleaning every day. The receptionists are polite and informative.

This isn't the Hotel's direct problem, but I think they have to emphasize, they haven't got any parking lot. If you travel to Opatia by car - you have to pay parking fee everywhere (april - october 0:00 - 24:00)! There isn't any free solution. The daily prices depend on the zone and the place where you leave your car. It takes 17-32 EUR / day! It can be a big additional cost, what you don't count.. I think the hotel has to offer some kind of discount or voucher in the near closed parking garages!

Direct access to the sea and the famous prominade along the coast, close to the city center. Half board variety was enough and we always had options to choose from. It was convenient as we did not want to go out to look for a place to dine in. Drinks are included with each meal. Awesome sea view, friendly stiff, value for the price. Suits for quests with disabilities. Our room had high ceiling so it was airy and spacious.

All was great

One of the best locations in Opatija offering affordable nightly rates. We came here for our anniversary and the staff couldn’t make us feel more welcome. The hotel is on the seaside promenade with stunning views of the bay and harbour. Private beach with complimentary activities included. We can highly recommend the morning yoga sessions. We’re already planning our next visit.

The machine coffee at breakfast is not of good quality.

Breakfast was great, staff is really good special regards to Alex at the reception desk who was so kind and helpful! We got upgraded to sea view room which was great!

The hotel doesn’t have its own parking so expect to be paying 25€ daily for parking in the street. Sun beds on the hotel beach are not free for the guests, and the beach is not closed for non guests so it is little bit overcrowded and expensive.
