When arriving at the hotel you immediately note the personal touch with a porter to take your bagage and a valet to park your car. Welcome is extensive and warm. This hotel is right on the marina, our room had a balcony with great view. Room and bathroom are almost one with a separate door to the toilet. Great walk-in shower. Located right in the centre of Opatija, this hotel has restaurants, (super)market and bus stop nearby. The number 32 bus takes you to Rijeka for 3 euros one way.

Artificial flowers in front of the reception desk were unusual, somewhat kitsch, but apparently typical of Croatia.

The room was spacious (actually I got a free upgrade to a renovated room), had a balcony and sea view. It was equipped with all the things you would need (fridge, AC, electric kettle, cups, etc.). I got a bottle of wine with a note as a welcome gift, which was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. I bought breakfast twice and the buffet offered a very good selection. Everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The only thing that was surprising to me was that water in the indoor pool was quite cold :)

Everything ! Location was great, beds comfortable and rooms clean. However what really stood out was the exceptional service by the team at reception. From small touches like welcome a welcome note with chocolate including a welcome drink right through to a surprise birthday cake for my mother in law celebrating her 80th birthday. As it was low season, we were also upgraded to a larger room, Hotel location is excellent for walking in the centre or going for walks on the Lungomare. There is a paid car park which is handy as parking in Opatija can be a challenge especially during high season

Very nice, friendly staff. Location is amazing, right on the edge of the sea 🌊 very close to the center of the town. Very good breakfast, with a lot of different options. Service was excellent with welcome drinks upon arrival. The room was a corner one and it was spacious with nice balcony. The spa was big with indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Next time we will try the massages. Definitely coming back in the summer! 😊

Air con Didnt work first night asleep was terrable reported to staff on desk in Morning who said someone would come and look. Waited till late Afternoon went back to reception angry she was Briliant. Said if ness would change room. Sent a member of staff to room and found Window carch wasnt completely shut. Apparently that stops air con functioning.

First member of staff i reported Air con could of done something rather than ignore it.

the room is very nice, the bed is very comfortable, the view from the balcony is amazing, it is close to the center location, there are delicious breakfast and dinner, the staff is accommodating, the private parking

the hotel is renovated and the lift stops between the floors, so this is not so comfortable, especially with luggage. the indoor swimming pool was very very cold, so it is not heated as it typed in the site

The stuff was friendly and helpful.Buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent.The room was comfortable.The sea view is beautiful from the balcony.There’s always fresh fruit and water for free which was nice

You have to pay extra for the parking and the sunbed,massively overpriced compared to Italy. It was noisy,which is not the hotel’s fault but it wasn’t easy to sleep.Cleaning ws not efficient enogh.

The room was beautiful and really big. The game room and the pool area were enjoyable. The food at breakfast was lovely and fresh.

The hotel has a private beach which you cannot fully enjoy. Paying 20 - 25 eu for a sun umbrella and a bed is outrageous. You pay a lot of money and it must be included . Additionally, the water in the pool is very cold so it's hard to enjoy it too.
