The Hotel is in a really nice place, close to the Angiolina Park and to the beach. The breakfast in the hotel is 10/10! The receptionists are all really kind and helpful, my father had a problem with one of the mattresses, but they handled it fast and well.

The parking in the area are generally overpriced and there are really few parking spots. We managed to parking in the hotel garage, wich is costed us 25€ daily. This price is still under the city's parking prices.

We had a truly lovely stay at Hotel Paris in Opatija. The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable family vacation. Its location is perfect — just a short walk to two excellent beaches, Tomasevac and the main city beach, both ideal for children. The rooms were clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere for the whole family. The hotel restaurant is spacious with a very good breakfast selection, and we especially enjoyed sitting on the beautiful terrace with coffee or drinks, overlooking the park and the elegant architecture of Opatija. Everything worth visiting in Opatija is within walking distance, which made exploring the town easy and enjoyable. The staff were very kind and accommodating, which made the hotel feel warm and welcoming — almost like home. A special thank you to Ismar at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful with our children and always responsive to our requests. His kindness and professionalism made a big difference during our stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a central, friendly, and well-equipped hotel in beautiful Opatija!

We were so glad we chose to have breakfast and dinner included with our stay at Hotel Paris in Opatija--the buffet was exceptional for all meals and it made our overall stay that much more fun and carefree. Definitely recommend the hotel to anyone due to the convenient location near downtown and beaches, very friendly and accommodating staff, wonderful buffet meals in terms of quality and variety and accommodation of diet constraints, and the quality of the room and facility. We also found the stay in Opatija generally to be very family-friendly at the same time as posh. Budget and fancy options for hotels, meals and activities were readily available.

Regarding the hotel rooms themselves. Lights, TV, and air conditioning are all activated with the room access card placed in a small card reader beside the door. As you enter you cannot see this reader as it is on the door frame. The air conditioning will not work unless the windows are all closed and a specific sliding door handle is turned a certain way. There are written instructions above the card reader and above the sliding door window handle but they are too small to notice as you enter the room. If you are not aware of how the card activates the room then you may get frustrated and end up heading back down to reception for instructions. I suggest that the reception review all of the room activity with the card before guests go to their rooms.

Location of the hotel is really excellent since it is in front of the fabulous park which means that you are just in the city center but also close to very popular pedestrian walking trail/promenade known as "Lungomare" and you can reach different beaches in a very short period of time, depending on your depending on your appetite for walking and the type of beach you want to visit. Close to the hotel you can also find very good restaurants with different price range, depends what you want.

I know that parking is an issue in Opatija so it is an issue also for the hotel having in mind that they are having pretty small garage with limited No of parking places. I can confirm that stuff was very helpful in finding adequate solution for finding parking place and I can just say Thanks to the lady who was in charge on the day of our check-in for reception and management of car parking since it was a really hectic day.

Parking is a bit complicated. I know it is a problem in the whole city, but 25 EUR/day is really expensive considering you park on the street. So it is not a problem just here, but in most of the hotels.

Parking was a bit cramped but they can’t do much about that it’s just a small garage they do try to accommodate as many vehicles as possible . and the bar closed early unless you were in the casino were you could still get served from the same bar . The children’s play area looked a bit out of place in the lobby

Great location in town, staff was very nice and helpful, especially after my friend tripped and broke his foot while sight seeing. They help navigate us to doctors and medical supply companies. And thankfully, a very accessible building with elevators.
