We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive — all of our additional requests were handled quickly and with care. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and serviced daily, which we really appreciated. Breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety. The only small suggestion would be to include more fresh vegetables, as I occasionally came across a spoiled pepper. Overall, I can 100% recommend this hotel. It’s just a short walk from the beach, where guests receive an extra discount on sunbeds and bungalows. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Breakfast was really good, with a lot of options. Everything we tried was tasty. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was really welcoming and friendly.

As many hotels in the area, there is a parking problem, so hotel shares garage with other hotels from the grupation in the area. Carrying things from the garage is not covinient, and garage costs 25 Euro per day..which is not really cheap. However, hotel is located on nice place so car is not needed to move around.

The property is wonderful. I love historical architecture and this place has it all a nice terraces the beautiful valleys in the roof. It’s just amazing energy here. The staff is incredible. They go above and beyond. I was actually shocked on how kind they were and everything they did I wish more people were like that, wonderful for sure. I’ll be back from much longer stay.

I would like to share my thanks and appreciation to this young, beautiful blond lady at the reception who takes care of us and helps me with my tire! And everything without any pressure or nerves - on the morning everything was fixed and we enjoyed the day. On the other side - very comfortable matress, excellent breakfast, fresh drinks...welcome champagne! Thank you again, greeting from Bulgaria, we will come again for sure. Best hotel ever! You deserve more than 10!

Beautiful old world elegance and style. This property was impeccably presented and staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Lovely personal touches such as a welcome drink and chocolates made us feel very special. The bed was so comfortable and breakfast was great too. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Great location, very clean, yummy breakfast, huge room, lovely staff

There was no hot water in the hotel during our stay. No guess was advised about this unless they complained. Hotel was aware of issue and trying to resolve but no resolution found during our stay. Not compensated for lack of hot water which when you have children is rather important- especially when paying premium rates.

I like the handwritten welcome note waiting for us in the room, nice and friendly receptionists, the best breakfast ever, the calm classy elegance of our room and the breakfast parlour. Our stay looked more like being at "home" than in a hotel.

Breakfast was exceptional with so many choices. The room was lovely with a sea view. The location was perfect in the main town, near the port where our ship disembarked, and next to the beautiful Angiolina Park

A really great hotel with superb service from start to finish. We arrived early (due to flight time) and were offered somewhere to store our luggage and complimentary coffee or wine. Breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen. Thank you !

Good hotel. All was very much like you expect from a four star hotel. Centrally located. Friendly personnel.

Just two small things: the pillow was very soft, and the curtains did not fully close, which meant that the sun came into the room rather early in the morning.. Also would have liked to have a kettle in the room.
