Be careful when you book your stay, because they have rooms with balcony in older building, each is 3 stars. The main hotel and reception are in the new building and it is 4 stars. Rooms without a balcony are in a new building. The new building is amazing all it's nice and new. Both hotels are connected by one corridor. That was a little bit confusing for us. But I really appreciate the ladies from reception we're very helpful to change our room. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Adriatic! The location is perfect, offering easy access to all I needed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. The spa area was lovely but need urgent redesign and complete refurbishment. I thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful massage. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the amazing, charming, and friendly staff – they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

The only downside was that the interior design of the lobby, spa area, rooms, and corridors felt a bit outdated and worn.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the amenities, including a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar, added an extra touch of luxury. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel welcome and were eager to provide recommendations for local hotspots.

Nice spacious showers , indoor pool is top, food is amazing, staff is friendly, rooms are cozy , sea view is amazing, near the city ( walking distance) ,

Poor AC quality , drinks at dinner cost extra, infinity pool is not in the facility itself

Nice hotel , great pool , good location and absolutely amazing breakfast.

Terrible, terrible pillow. We traveled all the time and I think I never had worse pillows, 2 pillows and both giant and very soft . Also mattress are uncomfortable, guessing old because has hole on each side .

Great location with lots of smoky never need to leave the hotel. It close shops and restaurants and shore access.

Dinner was not great for the price and there are lots of great restaurants close by but breakfast is definitely worth it.

Very nice hotel, great location, wonderful inside swimming pool and very helpful staff. Despite some issue with the booking they found a solution to add a bed for our son in our room. Exceptional breakfast and nice option for dîner with a buffet formula.

Always a great stay to relax and unwind, charge the old batteries up. Staff are always brilliant, breakfasts are exceptional and i am speaking as a professional chef of 35 years (retired). Location is superb and easy parking on site which is a complete bonus. We stay at this Hotel 2 or 3 times a year and recommend it highly.

Television channels need more general English language channels instead of poorly over dubbed German language. I am sure most German/Austrian people understand English perfectly well.

Our room looked like in the pictures. Great breakfast. Helpfull staff. We had a great holiday time.

It's pricey, but worth it. Sun sets behind the hotel. Crowded. Confusing light switch system in the room.

Great lobby and bar. Ideal for chilling in the evening, we had very tasty coctails for a fair price. Wellness on the 8th floor with panoramic view is excellent and makes it for me the best hotel in Opatija. We had a great breakfast in the nice restaurant.

The light in the evening in the wellness center is too bright. You should fix that.
