The location si great, close to the sea side, the building and facilities are at a high level and the staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. It was a really nice experience!

Beautiful little villa hotel, only 15 rooms or so. erything was perfect, big room with big balcony, very good aircon, so needed on the hot days! Walking distance to the beach and small town,private parking with electric charger for EV available. Fantastic breakfast, full of local produce,excellent choice for anyone, staff so nice,they make you feel very welcome,like at home! Small bar and pool table available too. Ladies in reception very helpful! Just a great holiday place.

The hotel is nice, with a suitable location near the center of Lovren and close to Opatija. Both places offer nice seaside and street walks, restaurants and shops, with Lovren being a bit more authentic. The hotel is renovated with good facilities. The staff is very friendly and nice, ready to crack a joke or just chat. The mansard room was unexpectedly great, with blinds stretching over a large portion of the room and making it beautifully bright and sky open - great design. The view was stunning, covering both the entire Kvarner bay and the interior. The breakfast was excellent, offering one of the best choices of fruits, cheeses, breads, pastries, drinks, etc. with lots of vegetarian options.

A shoe spoon in the room and USB-C/HDMI cable at the reception would be welcome :) Lots of people nowadays can watch Netflix or other online contents from their tablets or notebooks, and having the ability to watch it on the big screen available in the room would be a welcome addition. The Chromecast is available but does not do the job for web-streamed contents.

spacious, light, clean, high ceilings, big windows and luxurious feel. we had a balcony...made room feel even more spacious. excellent breakfast..probably one of the best in terms of choice, made to order pancakes etc although pet friendly, no odours and super clean. beach across the road. easy walk to restaurants and promenade. free parking very close to hotel.. don't pay to park on premises. stay here.. you won't regret it..small luxurious and boutique feel. nice garden to relax. staff helpful and friendly.

was not a problem for us but maybe some might not like the proximity to the road with traffic noise etc. but small problem as everything else is excellent 😉

The hotel staff is exceptional, rarely seen. I really must say that we were very pleasantly surprised with that. Also, the reviews are completely true - the breakfast is superb, phenomenal even. The room was very spacious and clean, parking is paid (20€ per night), but very practical and convenient.

When booking, we opted for the "family room", specifically because it had 2 "real" beds (as was shown in the pictures on booking for this room). In reality, the room shown on booking is not the one we got. In addition to a king size bed, we got a roll-away bed that was flimsy and unstable. We expected to get a separate, "real" bed, as was shown in the pictures. We find this not to be a deal-breaker and would definitely stay at this hotel again, but would request the room shown in pictures.

I’m sure that those looking for something to bother them will find it. For us, this villa was simply wonderful. The room with the balcony overlooked the street and it was quite pleasant to sit outside in the evening. There are cars of course but the room was quiet. Ivana and Peter as well as other staff were wonderful, helpful and charming. The whole place is clean and well maintained and much like other people we LOVED the breakfast buffet! The proximity of the beach is also a big plus. A few minutes walk and you are at the old city centre or, if you wish, a walk by the sea in the evening is also lovely! All in all, it was a great stay and I’m quite positive we’ll be back!

There wasn’t anything not to like.

The overall atmosphere of the property was peaceful and inviting, making it the perfect retreat. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach or local attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience.

The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard, in a modern style. The room I had looked nice and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of fresh and freshly prepared foods.

The WiFi struggled to reach the top of the building, where I was. This meant that I struggled to video call my better half. The shower cubical was a little on the snug side too, but that may well have been because my room was in the attic and the sloping ceiling made things a bit more difficult. The hotel didn't do food in the evenings, which was disappointing. Neither of the two restaurants I tried were particularly good either, which was disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. We were able to get checked in right away and the room was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and we had a nice sitting area in our room. The breakfast downstairs is one of the best ones we've had during our trip. It has everything you could ever want. The secure parking behind the hotel was 20 euros a day, but worth it to not have to worry about bumps or scratches

Parking was a little pricy.

Our stay was truly romantic, with an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a generous and varied selection that exceeded our expectations. The terrace was an ideal spot for relaxation, creating the perfect ambiance. Additionally, the bathroom featured luxurious cosmetics from the Rituals brand, adding a thoughtful touch to the experience.
