A magnificent villa from the AUS-HUN monarchy overlooking a picturesque bay — you can literally jump into the crystal-clear, rocky sea right from the garden. The villa’s garden is beautiful, and the freshwater pool is heated. Breakfast exceeded all expectations. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable. A truly relaxing atmosphere. You can walk to the center of the charming little town in about 15 minutes along a picturesque seaside promenade. When we arrived around 9:30 PM, the owner welcomed us with a glass of local pálinka on the terrace and sat down to chat with us about the villa and the surrounding area.

You arrive in paradise: gorgeous Mediterranean villa surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers! The owner and staff are very welcoming. We spent time on the terrace where we also had a wonderful breakfast the next day. Our room was very spacious and clean with balcony overlooking the property and a window with a sea view. From the terrace you walk out on the private beach and can stroll for 10 min into the town center along the water. Everything about Villa Astra is perfect! We are very impressed! Would love to come back!

The location for walking along the promenade. The breakfast was always superb. The staff and owner were very friendly and made very effort to make it a relaxing stay.

It was very hot when we stayed and understandably the air conditioning could not cope especially with large tall rooms.

Extremely good location right next to the sea, 10/10 points breakfast on the terrace, size of the room, free private parking, comfortable bed, hospitality, welcome drink, little present at check-out.

The whole building and surrounding area is a little bit "tired", would need some freshness...

The hotel is on a superb spot, right on the sea, with a walkway along the rocks right in front. The breakfast is marvellous, added to the owner's eccentric vibe, which makes for a more than lovely experience. And they even have a piano that may be played, which made me happy :)

The villa is perfect, right by the sea. The friendliest staff in the whole world. You feel loved, wanted, relaxed... like at home🥰 We will definitely come back. The breakfast is divine, it deserves five stars 🌟

We absolutely loved the location, it is perfect as a getaway for a couple and directly at the ocean, we will definitely come back, staff was amazing :-)

Rooms could have been cleaner, fan in the bathroom above the shower was clogged and there were some spiderwebs in the room.

The breakfast was fantastic. So many different and tasty foods. The staff were incredibly helpful giving us suggestions on restaurants, mountain and costal walks.

The shower switch from tap to shower was a bit temperamental. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Peaceful, elegant and thoroughly charming. The room was lovely, the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was exceotional.

No plug for the bath but apart from that nothing.

The location was great and the fact that it only had 8 rooms meant it was very quiet too. The breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly
