Hotel was very clean and it smelled nicely troughout, staff was very friendly and kind. Food was exceptionally good. View from the balcony was exceptional and they have tea and coffee which you can make in your room. You can choose do you want to eat in the restaurant or they can make a room service, which is not usual in Croatia. For breakfast they don't do buffet, they bring you fruits, cake and selection of cheeses and meats and you can order whatever you want from the menu which is also quite large and everything is freshly cooked for you. All in all, I'm pleasently suprised and surely will come back.

Phenomenal atmosphere! Breakfasts - the eggs were brilliant, I've never eaten better ones, serving breakfasts and dinners to the table was excellent - fresh, beautifully presented, no guests hanging around the room by the heaters as is usually the case in hotels, delicious dinners, thoughtful, local ingredients, wonderful female team at the reception and in the dining room, nice gentlemen on the beach, sea views, sunbeds on a rock, parking at the hotel. I would love to come back, even in winter because the SPA under the roof is also great. Perfect place!

View is amazing, morning coffee on the terrace is best to start the day . Served breakfast, wide selection, tasty options and room service for guests requests (breakfast on the terrace with view, super). Comfortable bed, 2 pillow sizes (I loved the small light one) shower gel/sampoo/ lotion available in the bathroom. Parking is challenging behind the building but additional slots can be found easy around. Beach is just front of the building. Addded value to be pet friendly (for extra fee) and easy to find places for potty and walk around with dog. Loved overall .

The hotel is located right next to the coast road. The windows and balconies of the rooms overlook the bay, the view is fantastic. The hotel has its own beach across the road with comfortable and free sunbeds and gazebos. We had a great dinner in the hotel restaurant, the breakfast was a gastronomic experience. The staff is excellently prepared and kind; they try to please the guests in every way. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was nice and well-equipped.

The only shortcoming that comes to mind is that there was no sun protection on the balcony of the room, you couldn't sit out and have a drink until the sun went down because you would get baked. I recommend the hotel management place umbrellas on the rooms' balconies. The other small thing is that the refrigerator in the room does not have a freezer compartment, you cannot store ice in the room for making drinks. But these are small things, overall the hotel is charming and well-run.

This was the biggest room we had while touring Croatia and Slovenia and it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well furnished. It also had a stunning view over the sea from the balcony. After a long journey we were persuaded to eat in the restaurant (20 Euros P.P.) that looks out over the bay and we were not disappointed. The food had clearly been prepared by someone who knows about food and flavours. In the morning we were treated to a breakfast feast - probably the best breakfast we had on our tour! The service we received through out our stay was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble.

We wished we could have stayed for longer! This hotel is a little way out of Lovran (but walkable), but it's quiet, it has free parking and it is good value.

Absolutely everything. The hotel ticked all the boxes for us. We stayed in the room with the most outstanding view. Completely breathtaking. The food served for dinner was delicious. Even if we didn't prefer some desserts or side dishes, the staff was so kind to offer a replacement. Same thing for breakfast. Also, everything was very clean, both our room and the facilities. We enjoyed the spa very much. Props for the staff as well, they were so kind and friendly. Definitely visiting again.

To mention anything here would literally be nit picking.

Amazing small hotel! Views are stunning, great stuff, really good food(plus they had best olive oil you can try), nice and responsive owners ready to help, attention to details on high level, beach side is great, bed is really good, room is super nice, 100% will come back again!

AC control issues (need repair+clean).

The room was a good size with fantastic view of the Adriatic Sea. Large bathroom with separate large bath and bidet. King size bed and very comfortable mattress. Also given the choice of different pillows. The breakfast was fantastic with cold meats, cheese, bread rolls, croissants, cakes , orange juice, coffee and puddings served to your table with choice of various egg dishes. Also loved the spa area with infrared sauna, Swedish sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool. The massages provided by the masseuses was very relaxing.

Didn’t like the air conditioner above the bed as too noisy.

I loved absolutely everything. At first, I thought the carpeted floors in the rooms were a bit dated..but oh no, when one wakes up and walks from the bed to the balcony, the soft carpet under the feet just adds to the ambiance as one looks over at the waves over the water! Wow! The food was also immaculate at the restaurant. There's a tiny cliff beach right in front of the hotel but if you walk 5 minutes, a larger beach (but all rocks, so bring water shoes). Walk 10 or so minutes and you're in the cute town you probably drove through on your way to the hotel - we had award winning food by chance and enjoyed the general vibe over a beer on the water (So basically, location is amazing!) The hotel staff were very friendly and open to any request. We got last minute massages and it was phenomenal.

There is nothing I didn't like. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The beds are comfortable. The sleek balconies are directly overlooking the water!

We booked for one night only, which was unfortunate because everything about this hotel was AMAZING! It is far from the heavy touristic parts, quiet, small private beach, super friendly staff and the most breathtaking view to wake up to. Also, we were allowed to bring our dog with us. Not only I recommend but will also come back!
